Very poorly maintained. The office is never open there are no carts available to help move things into the unit. The door to the building has been broken for several weeks.

The guy (Steve/Steven) is a complete A-Hole. They don't/hardly ever answer the phone. They are nice the first month but don't work with you at all. They say it's your storage Will never go there again. Very bad service.

The gals that work here are helpful and kind, and the facility is clean, easy to access, and safe. I accidentally left behind an expensive and very heavy tincture press when I moved out of my unit...moving can be so stressful it’s easy to be out of sorts and I didn’t even realize I left it...and the employees went out of their way to put the beast into safe keeping and sweetly contact me about it. Above and beyond right there! Thanks y’all for for the fantastic service:)

My husband and I needed to rent a storage unit to clear out our garage until our backyard shed was finished. Life Storage happened to be running a deal at that time, so Life Storage it was. I was able to set up everything online and things went very smoothly when we arrived to move our junk into an indoor unit (no exterior access). Unit was clean and staff member was friendly (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name!). A year and a half later (I know, I know), we were finally able to move our things out into our newly built shed. Again, easy peasy. Addison helped my husband with the rental cancellation - she even offered to sweep out the unit for us, as we had forgotten to bring a broom and were going to have to come back to do so. All in all, we had a very positive experience with Life Storage, especially thanks to Addison!

Hey everyone! This place rocks. Reliable, fast, and friendly. Units are super clean and top notch. Addison has helped me out with renting all my storage units. She is friendly and knows the ins and outs of the facility. You can catch her zipping on by in the golf cart throughout the facility or tending to current/future customers in the office. Give em a try for your storage needs!

Awesome experience! I started the process online after hours. I received a call the next morning from Addison confirming my reservation and talked about the next steps to finalize my unit. Addison is a gem! She was never pushy or salesy. She is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She made the process Very easy. Great location not far from the fwy. And... I shopped around, the prices can’t be beat!

Great service!! I signed up online (which waives the admin fee of $25) and then went into the store. Addison is the rep that showed me the space and finalized the transaction. She set up the free truck (that they let you use to move your items for free) for me at another location. She is friendly and super helpful. I called a few days after the first to close my account and spoke with Gus. He was very courteous and worked with me on the final amount owed! The location is monitored by surveillance which you can clearly see when you walk into the store. Overall I had a great experience with them and would definitely recommend Life Storage for your storage needs!
