Best automobile storage facility in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

Went to rent a parking spot for my boat. Was given a spot that was along the side of a hill that was not suited for anything to be parked on safely. Requested an immediate refund and have yet to receive anything. ~Logan

I usually never write reviews, but my experience with Extra Space on McNeil has been so positive that I wanted to comment. It's clean and safe and well-maintained. But more importantly, the customer service has been amazing. Matt has gone out of his way to check in every time he sees us. He is so kind and helpful--real Texas hospitality.
