I usually never write reviews, but my experience with Extra Space on McNeil has been so positive that I wanted to comment. It's clean and safe and well-maintained. But more importantly, the customer service has been amazing. Matt has gone out of his way to check in every time he sees us. He is so kind and helpful--real Texas hospitality. He is why I haven't looked for another unit closer to our home. Thanks, Matt!

How lucky was I? Public Storage was a nightmare so I just set forget it. Found this location SO MUCH closer to where I wanted it and then I found 'Matt". Holy Toledo what a nice guy!! So polite, helpful and the kind of service you really hope for when moving and stressed out! Highly recommend this location.
