My experience at this FedEx location was five stars! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon to ship a few items, and I was seen right away. There were no lines. The person who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. There were no hiccups in the transaction. Everything was seamless and stress-free, as it should be. I highly recommend this FedEx location for all of your shipping, packing, and printing needs.

I needed to print two large mounted posters for my wedding and ordered these online. Bill and Jessica were phenomenal throughout the entire process. Bill called to verify some selections I had made online, made recommendations based on what I was looking for and helped me adjust my order. He and Jessica walked me through updated pricing on these and were able to save me money with the new product types. They were both so knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and in person.

Visited this office to ship the body armor to NY. I said that I need this package to be delivered in 2 days and it is very important because the volunteer was flying from NY to Poland and was supposed to delivered this body armor set. I paid 400$ for 2 days delivery and no one warned me that delivery could potentially be delayed, moreover, I was told that it would be delivered. As a result, the delivery was delayed for 24 hours and missed the flight. This package could have saved the life to one of Ukrainian defenders, but it didn’t, thank to Fedex. Not only they failed to deliver my package on time, but even refused to refund my money for this express delivery. This is a fraud! Worst service ever..

Jessica is extremely rude and unprofessional. As someone who is new to Austin I had a shipping mishap and I’ve been working to get the issue resolved. I called to see if they could help me all Jessica could say was “you need to come and get your boxes they are taking up space”. Didn’t try to offer a resolution or offer suggestions.

Came with a QR code for a package, the QR code did not work and staff made no effort to assist. Only said “it’s probably expired” even though I showed them that it was within the expiration period.

Quite possibly the rudest and most incompetent staff I have ever experienced. Went on September 16th at 2:00 PM and was not the only person who was given the run around for 45 minutes before being told they could not ship my devices. Insane. I will never use any FedEx of my own volition ever again because of my experience at this particular location.

First off Frank was amazing! His customer service skills are great and we felt like he truly cared to do a great job. Second, 2 of the lady employees and I think one was the manager were very rude to others. We only dealt with Frank but my wife and I saw the other two lady employees being very very very rude to multiple customers. They were acting more like prison guards and they are supposed to be customer service representatives for FedEx. Not a good match. I believe this needed to be acknowledged, because change can not occur without first acknowledging the problem. Neither me nor my wife will EVER go back into that store. Thank you

I would just like to say how great Jessica was in working with me today. The gentleman who initially helped me in the store was great as well, but unfortunately i didn't get a name. My boss ended up making crazy changes to the order after i left the store, and Jessica was so patient, kind and helpful. I don't know if corporate reads these or not, but Jessica deserves a great deal of acknowledgement for being professional, pleasant and helpful in what could have been a difficult situation. If everyone was like her i think the other guys would be out of business! Thank you so much Jessica!

I was pleased with the great customer service at this location. Zach helped me print, size, cut and ship a custom birthday card and had it delivered on the exact day I was hoping for. He didn't try to rush us through anything and made sure that it looked exactly as I had intended. I really appreciate his efforts. The whole store seemed to have a good sense of teamwork and overall coordination.
