9 Best print shop in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

I have nothing against this specific store or the customer service there. It's more about UPS in general.I had sold something on eBay for $16 and paid $11 in shipping. I printed out the shipping label and was ready to ship the item thinking I would get a $2 box there. They told me the box and packaging materials would be $21! I went to Walmart and purchased 2 boxes, 2 rolls of bubble wrap and one roll of packaging tape for $6.74! I couldn't believe the outrageous price the UPS was trying to charge me for cardboard and tape! I had to go way out of my way to get shipping materials at a reasonable price when I was right there at a shipping store. This makes no sense to me and I will be avoiding all UPS stores for this reason. ~Tara

My experience at this FedEx location was five stars! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon to ship a few items, and I was seen right away. There were no lines. The person who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. There were no hiccups in the transaction. Everything was seamless and stress-free, as it should be. I highly recommend this FedEx location for all of your shipping, packing, and printing needs. ~Inaya

Came in to fax a large document. Was directed to a copy machine which faxes (pretty cool). Despite tries by myself and the Assistant Manager Derrick, he ended up taking it to an old fashioned fax machine which takes longer, but he got it to work. The big machine was working, but i think it had issues with my fax number - all good. Derrick, thank you so so very much. Location is clean and i was greeted immediately upon entering. Excellent location. ~Renee

TAM IS AMAZING!! I wish I didn't have to write this, because she was the only one working the store that day and she really should have had way more support! It was so busy, yet she was exceedingly professional, lightning fast, knowledgeable about products and the best options for everyone's budget, and kind and friendly to all the customers. Stokes did an absolutely amazing job with our monument sign. The customer service was outstanding! We had logistical issues (meeting City requirements) and unusual design requests for practicality. Waited a week for photographic copies in black and white. Copies at pickup were not in black and white. Center offered to reprint, but explained I would have to pay extra. It’s one thing to make a mistake with the requirement, but having to pay extra to have it corrected? Terrible customer service. Will never get print work done here again. ~Kathy
