Fed Ex delivery apparently just dump large boxes in a common areas.Completely unreasonable! Everyone beware of fed ex drivers dumping packages for the public to ransack.

TAM IS AMAZING!! I wish I didn't have to write this, because she was the only one working the store that day and she really should have had way more support! It was so busy, yet she was exceedingly professional, lightning fast, knowledgeable about products and the best options for everyone's budget, and kind and friendly to all the customers. Props to Tam.

Kwame was so nice and helpful! I dropped off literally 30 boxes for a work-related shipment that needed shipping labels - he printed off all the international shipping labels for me which I know took up a lot of his time. I greatly appreciate the help. Great staff!

Enrique was very helpful and super kind. He was able to get prints done for me within 2 hours that I needed expedited. The original timeframe for the pickup would have been the next day at 7pm. I am happy to have someone like Enrique in the Balcones neighborhood, not only for the helpfulness but his kindness as well. Seems like one of those people that will treat you as if he's known you for years.

Inviting experience. No complaints. I had already printed off my label and brought the box inside. A friendly guy welcomed me in, scanned the package and was all set to go in under 30 seconds. Wow! I can tell you that I’ve never had a UPS experience as smooth as that. The overall atmosphere was clean and collected as well. Very pleased with my experience and glad to have been in a clean and welcoming store!

I had to ship a painting so the box was almost as tall as myself and as soon as the Fedex employee saw me, she hurried to the door to help me carry it. I should've asked for her name so that I could put it here in the review (she was a nice young lady). Service was great and again, this employee was super friendly and nice. Thank you! I will continue to go to this location.
