Postmark’s is the best place for any shipping need you may have. I have come in with all sorts of things to ship and the staff have always been very accommodating. For example, Daniel just helped me repackage a box I was sending to a friend and was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Great customer service!

This team is friendly and a great local vendor in the neighborhood. They're very reliable, everything I ship with them arrives when they tell me it will. I used their printing services in a pinch the day of my wedding for bar menus. Daniel helped me out and was quick and detail oriented. I got everything I needed at a very reasonable price. I recommend using Postmark'd as a go-to pocal resource for your shipping and printing services

They are very nice people but you may want to shop around for prices. They have a HUGE mark up on their shipping prices. I brought in a 16x16 box to be shipped out that was not heavy. The lowest price available they gave me was $87 and change for USPS service. They told me it was because of the size of the box. If I put the item in a smaller box it would cost less even if the weight was the same. Seemed ridiculous to me to spend that as the value of the item was far less than the shipping charge so I decided to leave and consider a different option. Then I took the same box over to postal annex store on 290, the charge was $42.89 for the same service USPS. I don’t mind paying an extra markup for convenience but charging more than double than another place down the road for the same item and service is over the top. This will make me avoid this shop in the future. I hope this helps make things better there.

In my line of work, we often overnight paperwork due to its urgency. Sometimes there is a long wait to ship but staff here is proficient and friendly. Parvez has been a phenomenal resource at the this UPS center. He personally tracked my package to let me know the process, worked tirelessly to ensure that my package was delivered and returned in an extremely tight time frame while being very friendly the entire time! If you're looking for a "pro", ask for pervez and he will exceed what you've previously known as your best experience. 5/5

I can't state how friendly and resourceful the staff are here. I have a lot of packages, mail and faxes that I continually send out and sometimes these take up a lot of their time, and it has never been a problem at this location. Pervez and Daniel are so nice and helpful they make customer service a priority, it's always pleasure to come in and see their smiling faces. I highly recommend this postmarked location, absolutely great customer service that appreciates your business.

When my personal copier/printer/scanner went out, I gave up on buying a new one and instead became a Postmark'd customer. In three years, I've never regretted my decision. Open six days a week, Postmark'd has done it all for me: copy, print, scan, ship, notary, etc. Their staff know it all and provide excellent, professional, polite service. And located conveniently across the street from HEB. Perfect. Literally, one stop shop.

What a huge rip-off this place is. I had a 5 lb package that just needed a box and asked for it to arrive by next week. I was told the "only option" was UPS Ground for $60! The next day I took a 3 lb package to the US Post Office and it shipped Priority and will arrive on Saturday for $10.75. I won't be wasting my money at Postmark'd again.

I've been into many UPS Stores over the years, and some are run more efficiently and clean than others. This location is by far one of the best locations I have walked in. I was greeted by staff, the place was spotless, and the line moved quickly and efficiently. You can't ask for more. I will definitely head back to this location when I need to ship items.
