We went to Castle Flooring with a general idea of what we were looking for, as we wanted to swap out our carpet with wood floors for 2 rooms in our house. We met with Stephanie and found her to be very knowledgeable - she listened to our wants and needs, and she helped us make selections that really worked well with the flooring in the rest of our home. When it came time for installation, Julian and his crew were great! The crew worked quickly, efficiently, and you could tell they were experienced. We couldn't be more pleased with the end product - the floors look great!! We will definitely be using Castle Flooring again for our future flooring needs!!

Stephanie, Julian, and the rest of the team at Castle Flooring did an excellent job remodeling our bathrooms and replacing carpet in our old South Austin house with wood floors. They helped us select tile and wood flooring that worked well in these spaces and their team showed a clear pride in their work that my wife and I were very happy with. It is also worth noting that Julian was always easily accessible and communicated frequently, so in this day and age of pandemic-related supply chain issues he kept me informed and we got the project done in a reasonable and timely fashion. I have no hesitation recommending Castle Flooring to anyone in need of tile or floor work.

Can’t recommend this team highly enough. We had a small job, just replacing carpet with tile in a bedroom. Julian was so wonderful communicating throughout. He was quick to respond, gave a thorough quote, and was able to get the job started in just a couple days. Everything was complete in under a day and a half and he and Celso were so accommodating with a last minute change. It was always clear where there might be a risk of additional cost and everything felt extremely transparent in terms of expectations from start to finish. If we ever have another tile project, we’ll be coming back. Stop searching elsewhere - this is the team to hire.

We've been working with Stephanie and Julian for a very long time! They were first recommended to us from friends at a previous house where they tiled our bathroom and installed seagrass throughout the house. When we moved to another house, we remembered what a fantastic job they did and called them again. This time, we had a complete remodel of an older house so they ripped out all the tile (the entire house) and installed slate, bamboo and tile on all the floors, they tiled the master bath floor to ceiling, reconfigured the shower area and installed a beautiful Silestone quartz tub decking with a frosted shower glass wall. Most recently they came back out to tile a bathroom floor, our kitchen backsplash and island wall...it's beautiful!! Stephanie is so knowledgeable with helping design and pick the materials, Julian with pricing and technical expertise, and they employee the best installers. They are the perfect team for a turn-key project and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Julian was amazing to work with throughout the project. His prices were really competitive and he was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to track down the exact match of the old flooring we had. His crew was outstanding! They efficiently removed the existing floors, including some tile, and kept the work site tidy. I’m a picky customer in general, but their attention to detail blew me away. I look forward to working with Julian and his team in the future. He is the only flooring person I will ever use in Austin!

Julian provided the design and subcontractrrs. He was on top of it all. He did a great job of preparing and covering the traffic space through my house.
