Just joined and I already love it! Daniel helped set me up with everything I need and the gym is very clean and orderly . Top notch place to get a great workout !

Awesome gym, but it is so crowded ALL the time. This is partially due to the fact that their hours are so limited. My only ask is that you either open your hours more or even better go 24/7. Update: Many members have requested more open hours and I was informed by Sam (Associate Manager) that management spoke about this and made up their mind that they will NOT change hours due to the fact that the "pool is a liability". I will NOT be renewing my membership here. Many other great gyms in the area offer 24/7 availability.

Great gym. Fair pricing. Especially if you want a coach. A multitude of classes. Busy at the normal times but large enough to still get a workout in. Lots of lockers. Some for big bags and some for smaller bags like a purse or shoulder sack. They offer an inBody analyzer but you can only use it once a month and it doesn't pair to your phone. Their cardio machines are newer LifeFitness machines with Bluetooth and app support. Classes are listed online.

It's clean, they have everything needed for strength training, and staff is nice! The only downside is how busy it is most of the time. Which can mean watching to make sure I can slide in and get a set done on the busy machines like lat pull, or pec deck, etc. They have multiple machines to minimize the wait times, all in all it's good!

One of the best gyms in the area, an excellent array of equipment. If something is broken, it gets fixed immediately. It does get busy after work, but I’ve never had an issue with Phaze.

Great gym with great workers and atmosphere. The kids area hours seriously throws off my workout schedule, though. Had to skip a workout today because of it.

Staff and facilities are truly top notch. With that being said, the occupants are truly from a clown world. Not an once of gym etiquette or self awareness. 85% are there to be seen and they don't even put in the work, the other 15% are hard working and respectful. Go during off hours so you can enjoy yourself and get the work in.

The gym is amazing. Where it drops 2 stars is the billing system they have chosen called ABC Fitness. I m shocked they still use them given the plethora of complaints on here. I have emailed them 4 times asking for the auto renewal to no go through on our account. Total silence. When I call- they say I cannot cancel my auto renewal. (False) When I ask to speak to a supervisor - they hang up on me. I called again, this time telling them I am recording the call. And magically I am taken to the supervisor, who sounds exactly like the person I just spoke to. It's all so sketchy, unethical, and unprofessional. Phaze3- when you get a new billing system or go to month-to-month- we will gladly be back.

I recommend going in the morning for the least amount of people. Equipment is great and facility is clean. They do have some water damage but they are working on it. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would go here over the YMCA and planet fitness hands down.

Love Body Attack Class!!! This is the wife that goes to the class also over all great Gym. All classes are free no extra cost. The only extra cost is a Personal Trainer , Water Massage or Tanning Bed. The Staff is Brilliant and go beyond to help you out!
