Best fitness center in Austin, Texas (TX) 2024

The gym is amazing. Where it drops 2 stars is the billing system they have chosen called ABC Fitness. I m shocked they still use them given the plethora of complaints on here. I have emailed them 4 times asking for the auto renewal to no go through on our account. Total silence. When I call- they say I cannot cancel my auto renewal. (False) When I ask to speak to a supervisor - they hang up on me. I called again, this time telling them I am recording the call. And magically I am taken to the supervisor, who sounds exactly like the person I just spoke to. It's all so sketchy, unethical, and unprofessional. Phaze3- when you get a new billing system or go to month-to-month- we will gladly be back. ~Kristine

It's so fun to dance/exercise to music. The instructors are great and you'll make friends too. ~Lida
