I am so tired of poor service from this establishment. Making appointments and the visits with the doctor always seem fine HOWEVER, multiple times the 'follow up' for test results and promised further testing, is EXTREMELY lacking. I have left numerous detailed vm's begging for results I was promised to get, etc. They just don't seem to care at all when it comes to follow ups. very dissapointed. ps dont bother leaving a messegae for nurse Celeste because she NEVER CALLS BACK

Receptionist was very nice, the doctor was very young and obviously didn't know much, he even told me he was uncomfortable doing a knee injection because he hasn't done one before, expected me to wait a week and come back to see another doctor for it, and just bare through the 10.0 pain in the mean time. Gtfo here

I dont feel the doctors have any concerns when it comes to children's sickness at this Medical group.. They are just there to make a paycheck. Very sad. Smh.

My son was seen today on an urgent visit. NP Sharon and her staff were amazing. They were patient with my son and made him feel as comfortable as one can be while getting steri- strips and glue put on your jaw. Would definitely recommend. Thank you all!!

I went in for COVID test. It was negative, yay. I was considered a new patient, so there was extra “paperwork”. It was really easy to use the app for getting my basic info which was good. That doesn’t always happen with those things. All the staff was friendly, attentive and professional. I would go there again if I couldn’t see my regular doctor.

My son has been going to Palms Pediatrics in Trenton his entire life. We know without a shadow of a doubt they will take good care of him and always have the best advice and recommendations. I never have a problem with getting through and getting an appointment same day or next day depending on urgency. The staff is amazing and always so sweet. We pay out-of-pocket for healthcare these days but do not Mind paying premium pricing for premium healthcare! Would recommend the Palm pediatrics in Trenton over and over again.

I honestly love my daughters pediatrician, Mrs. Peggy she is awesome! But the staff and the phone system here is just unbelievable! You can never get through to anybody, literally nobody answers the phone. I can never get through to anybody at the Trenton office. My daughter broke out in a rash and I was trying to get her seen, well long story short I cannot get ahold of palms at all and when I finally do I’m continuously put on hold to the point where I was hung up on. So I took my daughter to the emergency room, and I even tried to schedule her follow up appointment with palms and cannot get through to anyone. I’m too the point where I’m going to change my daughters doctor office as a whole, which sucks cause I love her pediatrician but the people they have answering the phone and staff working up front are GARBAGE!

Took my daughter here the second they open because of a really bad cough, puking, fever, and rash. Doctor tried telling me it was just allergies. Didn't even have a real doctor, just nurse practitioner. They had us go to the adult side as well instead of her being seen by a pediatrician. All the Lady did was check ears and nose and tell us to get some Claritin. I knew it wasn't allergies because I had the same symptoms. Turned out to be rsv and they literally did nothing about it. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

The doctor I see there is wonderful, however the phone system is ridiculous. It is the worst process of any medical facility I have ever dealt with.. NOONE ever answers the phone. If you leave a message they do not call you back. If you can ever get through to actually make an appointment the care is fine.

Although the doctors here are good, but the process to get to the doctor is a hassle. Some nurses are rude. They have no management or communication whatsoever with insurance. Visited there 2 times each time they asked me to pay even though i had insurance. Why are you in the network of the insurance provider if you cannot wait for the insurance to process payments? In the last visit, they made the argument about paying upfront so big, I had to pay even after insurance. Their system is never updated, they never seem to have record of last payment and each time ask to pay. I am extremely disappointed.
