The pharmacy complaint they have just lost a customer for my brother there is a lady that work's there is very rude about everything I spoken too the manager an he said her name was Pam she shouldn't even be working there that's why I'm switching pharmacy I do not recommend this too no one they argue with you an don't explain anything. I pray all Publix pharmacy are not like this one is.

Needed a specific prescription for my dog. I went to 3 pharmacies and no one could fill it within the state of Florida. Publix was the only one to reach out to my vet and have the conversation of using something very similar so I wasn't having to run all around town. I really appreciate them going the extra mile.

The pharmacy staff was inaccurate when I called In advance to make sure I could walk in for my second dose of the Moderna vaccine. I left early from work because they assured me is be seen right away. I hired a car service and was made to wait 30 minutes. The staff was not nice about it at all. No empathy or sympathy.

This pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the area. I was so impressed that I changed my pharmacy to here. The very nicest people behind the counter. They worked as fast as they could under the circumstances of being busy. I really appreciated it since I was in pain. The Best!

Called this location prior to dropping off my prescriptions. Without insurance publix recommended that I use GoodRx to find available coupons, which I did. Upon arriving I showed the coupons which gave me a total of about $36 for two prescriptions, associate entered the information and said they would be ready shortly. Upon picking up the total rose to $98 with no explanation as to why. The pharmacist cursed saying they (publix) would have to stop using GoodRx. I paid as one of the prescriptions is albuterol. I just need to figure out how to get my refills transferred to a different pharmacy as I will not return.

I transfer my medicine here and kept getting messages it was ready I went to get it and the person took 20 mins to find my name in the system. Kept saying he can not find anything. Finally I read the number on my text message sent from the pharmacy and he found it. Spelled the same why I spelled it.

They are very nice and helpful didnt have any luck with any altamonte publix pharmacys and walgreens and cvs terrible in altamonte used to drive all the way back to winter garden public pharmacy and then my husband found this one they are great and it its sure nuce to not have to drive all the way back to wg anymore thankyou cassrlberry
