Terrible Customer Service! We went to withdraw a large amount of money in cash to pay our workers and the lady at the Drive Thru named Ester had a terrible attitude. First we were in a bit of hurry and since arriving she passed the slip via the drawer with an attitude and told my husband to fill it out. She didn’t even greeted us or said how can we help you? Anyways, she then proceeded to ask us the questions that she is required by law when you are withdrawing more than 10K to which my husband answered. But then she continue to ask the same questions after which my husband got upset (I don’t know if she believed him at first or not or what was she trying to get at) but after my husband answers the same question twice by the third time he was upset because we were in a hurry. He had to explain that I’m a doctor and he has a construction business and we needed to pay our employees. She started arguing with my husband about what she is required to do (which is ok to explain, and we are aware because it’s not the first time we make large withdrawals) but what really bothered us was the attitude she had. She was arguing with my husband for a while. It made us feel like we were criminals or something, when we were only withdrawing our own money to carry our business. We are definitely going to move our money to a different bank and take our business elsewhere else! If this is how they’re going to treat us, then we will do business with other banks where they have better trained people!!

After one hour wasting my time and asking for many documents, they said they cannot open up a bank account since I am on a F1 student visa. The clerk was nice though! - F1 Students be aware that you cannot open up a bank account here!

If I can give one of star, I will. We went there three times to open an account and their employees had no idea what to do online and off line. First time, on a rainy day, we went in and they told us to make an appointment; second time, we went in with an appointment; the banker was not there and wait 20 minutes before she showed up; and she told us to open the account online; the third time, open up an account and got told to send two files ID at the local branch and call bank online. After I did all that, I called Chase online, he told me the account was cancelled and I have to go to local branch to open up an account! I have never seen a bank turning away their customer away like that, and I would not do any business with Chase anymore!

Believe it or not but this Chase bank location in Casselberry really impressed me! A huge huge thank you to Ms. De Walter, Branch Mgr, for her outstanding customer service! Rude staff and no customer service. I went in and multiple staff members were congregated in the middle, chitchatting in Spanish. They looked at me as if I was a nuisance. It also sounded like they made some comments on me in Spanish. Looks like you have to speak Spanish to get any service. When they found out that I did not have an appointment, one of them asked me to make an appointment before coming in. Looks like Chase does not value customers and new business. Thankfully there are other banks which do. Never going to Chase again.

When visiting this branch I was greeted by a very polite young man. The office and facilities were clean and who could say no to a fresh cup of coffee. Banking with Chase is always a pleasure but the Casselberry is The Standard.

I can come to this branch once every three months or three times a week and I will always be treated with great customer service. They are very consistent with their quality of service. They were very caring and diligent when I had an issue with a compromised account. And for that, we didn’t switch bank...we stayed with Chase because of how efficient and empathetic they were with our situation. Thank you!

Great customer service. I had to withdraw a larger than (my) normal sum of money for my wedding, and requested a set number of different bills. The teller was kind and did so without hesitation nor complaints. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

I've never been into a bank that won't change $20 to non account holders. As soon as the teller found out I didn't have an account she pushed my money back to me, said have a nice day, and went back to talking to her coworker. Had she offered I would have gladly opened an account with Chase, but now I know to take my money elsewhere.
