Terrible Customer Service! We went to withdraw a large amount of money in cash to pay our workers and the lady at the Drive Thru named Ester had a terrible attitude. First we were in a bit of hurry and since arriving she passed the slip via the drawer with an attitude and told my husband to fill it out. She didn’t even greeted us or said how can we help you? Anyways, she then proceeded to ask us the questions that she is required by law when you are withdrawing more than 10K to which my husband answered. But then she continue to ask the same questions after which my husband got upset (I don’t know if she believed him at first or not or what was she trying to get at) but after my husband answers the same question twice by the third time he was upset because we were in a hurry. He had to explain that I’m a doctor and he has a construction business and we needed to pay our employees. She started arguing with my husband about what she is required to do (which is ok to explain, and we are aware because it’s not the first time we make large withdrawals) but what really bothered us was the attitude she had. She was arguing with my husband for a while. It made us feel like we were criminals or something, when we were only withdrawing our own money to carry our business. We are definitely going to move our money to a different bank and take our business elsewhere else! If this is how they’re going to treat us, then we will do business with other banks where they have better trained people!! ~Jessica

The pharmacy staff is totally incompetent. They made me come 12 times trying to pick up my prescription that was always out of stock. They never cared to explain that it’s out of stock and needs special ordering. They always told me to come back in a day or two and they should have it. Finally I talked to the manger who clearly told me that my prescription can’t ever be picked up at this location because they don’t carry and don’t order my medication. ~Maggie

Reset your pumps. They’re so slow, and Nobody else was pumping. I only put in 2.5 gallons because I wasn’t going to sit here all night. ~Ry

It seems like everyone one of these stores always seems to have the best staff. They are always very friendly, and very helpful. You go into more expensive store and that treat you trash lol. Anyways I went in looking for something , and they didn’t have the item in stock. The lady took her time to apologize like it was her fault( she had nothing to do with it all, just a nice person). She took the time to check other local stores, and even told me how to get to the next closest location. Great customer service for sure makes customers return... ~Robert

I wish I can give this place zero Stars honestly they threw my pizza around because she had an attitude for something else like she didn't want to be there. the manager got mad because I told her I paid for a cheese pizza twice and it charged me but they claim that no it didn't go through on their end I have the bank statement that shows it's been charged twice plus another three cents I'm not even caring about I do not want to be a Karen or anything but this place is truly trash so I had to make a review please do not go not even playing sorry to be a Karen but this place is pathetic trash please do not waste your money beware ~Jay

I am so tired of working for target in Casselberry. Now I don’t actually work there… But every single time I go to check out it doesn’t matter how many people are standing in line, there’s one register open and everyone’s expected to work for target for the next 10-15 minutes checking themselves out. Should we get a discount for working for you? I’m not asking for the employee discount, of course, but maybe,I don’t know, 10% off? Basket brimming with products to make your giant corporation money, and I have to check myself out. this is the reason why I am going to work very hard to do what I did years ago with Walmart. I completely stopped going there because Of their business practices. Target is now the next big box that I’m going to stop giving my money to . I’m sure there are smaller businesses that would love to have your money… They are now going to get mine. Target will feed you a line that they can’t find enough workers, but we all know that these large corporations figured out during the pandemic that they could work people twice as hard while they enjoy the extra profit. Attached is a photo… That is not a self check out load of items, self check out should’ve only ever met two or three items. By the way, the photo doesn’t do it justice… There’s a ton of stuff on the floor because I didn’t have enough room to get it all back into the basket properly while checking myself out. ~E.

I ordered a Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza, they brought me bread sticks instead, female driver said she would return with correct order and they never did return. This location is liars and thieves. I even gave a $7 tip trusting her to return. ~Dave
