I wish I can give this place zero Stars honestly they threw my pizza around because she had an attitude for something else like she didn't want to be there. the manager got mad because I told her I paid for a cheese pizza twice and it charged me but they claim that no it didn't go through on their end I have the bank statement that shows it's been charged twice plus another three cents I'm not even caring about I do not want to be a Karen or anything but this place is truly trash so I had to make a review please do not go not even playing sorry to be a Karen but this place is pathetic trash please do not waste your money beware

Worst place to go to ,go across the street! . employees are unprofessional 'and the owner ED thinks he can have employees work and NOT pay them for their work done. If you work here and you find a better job they will not give you your last check. Do not come here !!

Let me go ahead and leave a review. When I tell u ain't nothing u need when u come here I mean it. The staff never has NO FRESH CHICKEN OR FOOD . 5AM OR 7PM I ALWAYS HAD TO GO TO THE 711 ACROSS THE STREET. THIS HAPPENED NOT ONLY SEVERALLY TIMES BUT MANNNYYYY TIMES WHERE ITS NOT EVEN WORTH ME GOING THERE 1ST. IS VERY GHETTO THERE YOU CAN TELL THE 711 HAS DIFFERENT ST9RE OWNERS . The other 711 always has fresh FOOD FRESH CHICKEN FRESH WHATEVER. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS #1. DO UR SELF A FAVOR AND GO THE 711 ACROSS THE STREET.

I have been going to this store for more than 10 years. I live in Altamonte Springs and have been going out of my way because of the quality of upkeep and service that is provided. recently upkeep has dropped off. the store is not as clean and window wash stations are always empty and the paper towels dispensers are always empty. Last night i was filling up my car and i went inside to use the bathroom while it finished and the attendant told me that per the owner no-one is allowed to use the bathrooms at night. I explained to him that due to the high traffic of homeless people in the area it would be understandable to limit access to the facilities to paying customers. I am 57 years old and had just got off work in dress shoes and slacks with my badge around my Neck. I have never had any problems being allowed to use the facilities in any store i have ever gone into even in the middle of the night. I will find another store to set as my Go-To and i will Never go back to that store again. Moving forward I will have to rethink my values and only go to 7-11 as an absolute last resort.

These guys are great. Friendly and always willing to assist me in anything. I love going to that store. As a bus driver, I enter at very odd hours, but that is no impediment for being courteous and nice. Only praises for late evening and morning shift.

Very rude and unprofessional. I just left this 7-eleven. I just gotten a full tank of gas on pump #12. But decided to get my lotto as well. I was in line and Denise or Danisha ..I couldn't read her name tag well. There was another customer in line behind me and for you to assist them while I am in line first is rude. It was only lotto. Just check them. It doesn't take a minute for you to do that. I did buy some more lotto but I will remember to not come to this store anymore. Thanks.

I visited this store at 8:30am on a Monday. It appeared that there was just one employee working. I attempted to get her attention to notify her that the French Vanilla coffee dispencer was just pouring hot water. She walked right past me to help a new customer. After completing that transaction, I got a "whatchu need?". I explained that the machine was just dispensing hot water (which is common since French Vanilla is a popular flavor. All it is, is a package of the powdered flavoring that needs to be inserted). "Yeah, we ain't got that" and proceeded to help another customer. If she knew it was out, she needed to have that notated on the machine or dropped the attitude when someone comes in inquiring about it.
