The pharmacy manager will not help you when you need your medication, he is rude period. He would not fill an important blood pressure medication when my wife went to pick it up, 20 minutes after she left the store I got a text it was ready. I dont drive, so I had to take an uber to pick it up I expect more from a publix employee, as he could care less about the patients. I wouldn't give him a "mop job" The staff could be better as well. Time to look for a good pharmacy!!!

The new male pharmacy manager is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered! I called earlier today to see if my cats rx was ready. I was told with a nasty attitude that he’s been so busy and my vet didn’t give them all of the info. I said should I have them call you and he said yeah but that won’t make it any faster. Then I get there and had a good rx coupon for both her insulin and the other rx and was told that’s just a suggested price. He was so rude that I commented that I just wanted to leave the damn store. I will never go back there for another prescription! He should not be dealing with the public!

It is taking 3 weeks to refill one prescription and taking 4 days to refill another 2 prescriptions ( not ready yet delayed 5 more hours) Called in person several times and told that they can’t do it any faster and that is how their system is. Poo system or no system or service to say the least! Told “ you can change pharmacy “ instead of trying to offer better faster service!!

Well why doesn't it surprise me that they only have a 3 star rating? Rudest bunch of pharmacy employees I've ever met in my life! Don't go here if you have a good RX good RX coupon and you are getting a controlled substance. They don't believe in helping people who need coupons. Go to the Publix on mcmullen booth in Clearwater.

Incompetent staff who do not read the script and just let the patient run around doing their job for them. Doesn't even tell you when the script is wrong or that they don't have the medication until you reach out to them.

This is just for the pharmacy. Echoing what others have said. Terrible customer service and rude pharmacist. I was lectured and ridiculed about my condition and my prescription. I am going back to CVS, no one deserves this kind of abuse and anxiety everytime they try to refill a prescription.

For the most part this place is pretty good. I would give it five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that once (when there was a pharmacist working that isn’t normally at this store), my medication was given to me 20 pills short. Of course because it was a narcotic I had to just deal with it. Other than that my experiences here are always pretty pleasant. Lisa and Anh are awesome!!!!
