MAKING AFTICAN AMERICANS SPELL OUT WORDS SO THE MANAGER CAN GET A LAUGH How professional NEVER AGAIN, and if this is how Walgreens operates than they must go. Theo is unprofessional and intimidating

Never experienced such long wait times and lines with bad verbal attitude on the phone. I love my safety harbor store Jay their head pharmacist has that place operating perfectly! I am sad I had to move next to this mess.

Although Walgreens is best known as a pharmacy. I love them for their phenomenal selection of inexpensive items I'm talking about anything from milk and eggs to cosmetics and cologne. if you're not looking you would have no idea Including "my personal favorite" an As Seen on TV section which is always very cool to check out. The most common thing that I purchase from Walgreens is they're 12 packs of canned soda. I love ice cold soda in the can and I'm not picky I enjoy both Pepsi and Coca-Cola products . Lucky for me about every other week either Pepsi or Coke 12 packs are on sale usually buy 3 for some low price point that's always very competitive with any other sales in the area & somehow they never seem to be out of stock. Also their super cold cooler case has a nice selection of Arizona Iced Teas which typically cost .99 cents for a 24 oz can or bottle. Well about every other month Walgreens has them on sale buy one 24oz for 0.99 cents and get one 24oz for free "yes you did read correctly BOGO" and I personally have never seen that sale anywhere else. Please go check out your local Walgreens Pharmacy and I'm sure you'll be just as happy to save a few bucks as I am.

Everyone who works there is wonderful. I have heard some women we call Karens have been hassling people in this location. We cannot let the Karenicity continue. If you see people giving them a hard time please speak up and help the best that you can. I just straight up tell them to leave.

I've been going here for years and the older workers know me and my family for so long, they always remind us of the deals there are and coupons on the things we buy, love the employees, really helpful and sweet. Especially serene and the manager, along with the cosmetic lady. Also the store is always clean and smells good.

I am sitting in the parking lot to write this review. I was just in this store and witnessed the manager take a phone call where she was rude and unprofessional to a CUSTOMER on the other end. After she hung up the phone she proceeded to discuss the caller with the cashier Serene. Serene then states “that is why I don’t answer the phone because they all are the same way, I just let it ring and ring”. Walgreens customers DO NOT call this Walgreens. They do not care about you or for you and they are not the store they used to be. Wow.

Slowest service in town. Always out of Fills/Refills and slow to process, sometimes it took days to get urgently needed meds. No one at the photos service, you will wait there and be ignored for a long time before someone notice.

The one star is only because I had to select one to leave a review. I will NOT shop this Walgreens EVER again. When the store manager just leisurely strolls by a long line of customers with a wonderful cashier doing her best to be efficient and polite that's a sign the store no longer needs or wants my business. And I have been a customer for 6 years! I will spend my money elsewhere. I have contacted your corporate office and will follow up tomorrow to ensure they know why they are losing a loyal customer.

About 2 months ago an associate from this Franchise treated me so bad, she behaved like a real witch, and I say witch because she laughed at me in my face even though there was a line behind me. She just wasn’t patient at all. I forgot to give her a walgreens coupon before she started charging per item, and she literally yelled at me because I didn’t give her the coupon earlier. The manager has to take over and was so embarrassed at her reaction. And the end she still had to finish the transaction and when I figured nothing had been resolved. Just had some rewards in Apologies for what occurred.

Really great pharmacy and very helpful! I have a complicated prescription that requires a specific manufacturer and they special ordered and keep a stock just for me! They also help me deal with my insurance and find lower prices through deals and coupons. Will keep coming here as long as I can!
