9 Best cosmetics store in Clearwater, Florida (FL) 2024

Dirty store. Pharmacy a bunch of idiots. I had to go back 3 times for a script. And it still wasntvteady. Wanted me to wait longer. Then they told me the price and it was wrong. I left without the script and will never go back. They hire inevperienced and they don’t know what they are doing. This happens everytime I get a script filled. Hate this store!!! Signs hanging off the building. Waiting in line because they won’t take anyone in the other line for prescriptions. Most screwed up place I’ve ever been to. I’m calling Corp in the morning ~barb

Absolutely disgusting that as a vendor picking up delivery orders, I was refused access to a bathroom and subsequently peed on myself. For public I understand there are other bathrooms available. However, with the amount of orders and traffic vendors are not able to access bathrooms often. After stating I was picking up orders and it was an emergency the manager should of allowed access. It's no wonder I see orders not being taken from this store. I myself will NOT be accepting any further orders from this location. ~.

The cashier Jalisa did a great job with the line she had, greeted me when I arrived, and looked like she enjoyed her work. The shelves were semi-stocked, but short supply with delivery I assume is the cause, so no points taken off there. The store was clean and I found what I needed. ~Dustin

Always 5 star service here… I walk down the aisle and before I even go up to the Rx window they tell me to type in my number and are already ringing me up. Always clean, merchandised, and fully stocked. One of the cashiers up front is always super helpful with their/the stores promotions “BOGO 1/2 off” and let’s me know to get two and save money unlike other stores where the won’t tell you. Money well spent at this Walgreens & always a pleasant shopping experience. ~Dan

This place is terrible. The woman pharmacist is rude to customers, my doctor puts my prescription in electronically when I get there and an hour later they lie and say they just got it which they didn't and I have to sit there another hour it's almost like they do it on purpose. Customer service reps -mostly the females are some times just as nasty as the pharmacist. Esp the older blonde woman. The guy with the beard pharmacist is lazy I went there at 9:45 to get my prescription when they close at 10 and he told me they didn't have it in stock which they did because it was ready the next morning. Always out of stock n need to order meds. Thinking about changing to a different Pharmacy and I get a lot of prescriptions there. Don't need to be talked down to are treated disrespectfully I'm their customer they serve me. Not the other way around. If i complain or say anything about it , because i get a couple controlled meds, they can decide not to fill your prescriptions or not serve you. They also judge customers and decide not to fill certain meds- even with a legit script. The store manager needs to get the pharmacy under control. ~Mar

This is a GREAT CVS Pharmacy! The store is brightly lit and well stocked. There are many surprising items (at least to me) that are conveniently available here that you wouldn't expect to find at a pharmacy. They stock household items and toys, school supplies, some groceries, and cold beverages including beer and wine. The store and pharmacy staff are professional, courteous, competent, and friendly. They go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Rx dropoff/pickup is extremely easy and convenient, with most medications kept in stock at all times for fast fills/refills that make getting your prescriptions easy, quick, and hassle-free. Out-of-stock medications are ordered quickly and patients are notified when a wait is to be expected. This CVS location is one I would highly recommend! ~Adrianne

The Pharmacist Haney is Great.Polite, takes time to talk to you,and is quick to fill medicine.hands down he is the best!! Really makes you feel good when he remembers you and takes the time to say hello! This store is super busy, always,, so sometimes there is a wait, but worth it. This is the most unprofessional staff and management ever. The manager is entitled and shows traits of anger. MAKING AFTICAN AMERICANS SPELL OUT WORDS SO THE MANAGER CAN GET A LAUGH How professional NEVER AGAIN, and if this is how Walgreens operates than they must go. Theo is unprofessional and intimidating ~FOUAD

I took a prescription here to get filled for a procedure that had two eye drops. My husband went to pick them up and there was only one. He knew there were supposed to be two different drops. I was waiting to go in to my procedure and needed them that night before the pharmacy closed. The person behind the counter lied at first and said there was only one RX given without pulling up the original prescription. When my doctor pulled my Rx it showed both on the prescription given to Walgreens. My husband went back over and that is when they looked at it and realized there were two and it was their fault. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried blaming the doctor for the error. ~Kim
