Pharmacist at this CVS is absolute trash. They can never do their jobs properly. Forget it, they never want to do their job in general. Waiting in the drive thru for way more time than needed, even in store. It’s unbelievable how they treat people and then when you tell them you need a prescription asap they just brush it off and don’t care. I called to give my insurance information over the phone because if I do it at the store I’ll be there all day and she, instead of just quickly entering my information in, tells me to bring the information in. They are so rude and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, my insurance will only allow this junk place

I have lived close by for two years and most of that time I have not been impressed with the pharmacy. But over the past month things have become much better. There are now two techs with the pharmacist so they are less stressed and able to provide better service. Before they wouldn't have a prescription ready if they said it would be ready in an hour, and I came back in three. Now the prescriptions are there within the time frame they give. Nice job with the improvements, please keep it up.

DO NOT use this pharmacy!! The pharmacist is so rude, the staff doesn’t know ANYTHING! They just be hiring anyone at this point! I read the reviews and thought , maybe these people are being a little dramatic. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT! I usually use the CVS on Gulf to Bay. But I moved closer to the phone here on highland so I figured I’d switch. Terrible mistake. The store is filthy , lines are long and the people in pharmacy have NO MANNERS whatsoever! They are in the wrong line of work. Told my script would be ready in a hour and that was TWO days ago! Calling corp!!!

The worst service ever ! The pharmacist is very Rude ! She shouldn’t be working in this field .She takes advantage of sick people, desperate to get their medication. I used Walgreens for more than 15 years picking up my parents medication, always in time and respectful. Had to change pharmacy due to insurance change . I never write reviews but with this pharmacy has been the worst experience ever ! This pharmacist should be ashamed of herself!

Pharmacy review. Had a script for my son filled at this CVS. Got a call it was ready at 930 am. Went to pick up at 3pm and because I was self pay they placed a 30 minute hold. I've never in my life experienced anything like this before. Also, the guy gave me the wrong g script. I could have easily driven off with someone else's meds. But I realized it was not correct, not him, and gave it back. Unreal. I will certainly make the drive to publix pharmacy for my scripts from now on. Regardless if through insurance or self pay I have never encountered this problem at another pharmacy. Nothing like having your time so blatantly wasted.

A nightmare to deal with, they are the worst out there. Refuse to answer the phone. I have called 4 times today and was on hold for over 15 minutes each time. No one ever answered. My doc definitely sent script in and automated is telling me they haven’t received a script. I know they have cause this happened last month too. Getting this script if they can ever get it right anyway and Never stepping foot in this loser store again.

I wish I could post this with zero stars if you want your Dr to send a script in for you use Walmart on more than one occasion I went to pick up medication and was told they don't have an order for me last time i waited 2 1/2 hours before I went just to be told they never got the order when i called the Dr to have it sent to the Walmart next door I asked her if this happens often and she said many times yes. I then asked her if the orders went to CVS. she hesitated then said yes and that it happens a lot with CVS I could care lees about the $10 a month credit or the in store prices if you have their care pas card. when I need medication I want it asap not be told the Dr never sent it how they stay in business is beyond me warn your family and friends AVIOD CVS AT ALL COST

i would leave a -5 stars if is was possible, the pharmacist is so rude, she looks like she doesn't want to work there anymore, my insurance it's not covered on walgreens, and here at cvs they couldn't / want to do the transfer of the prescriptions, don't waste your time and patience going there.

Customer service in pharmacy sucks. I have been waiting on eyedrops for five days now.I have been to the pharmacy to pick up due to automatic system stating will be ready at 5:55. Just to get there and be told that they have any RX for me to pickup. The communication between clients and staff is horrible. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

Dirty store. Pharmacy a bunch of idiots. I had to go back 3 times for a script. And it still wasntvteady. Wanted me to wait longer. Then they told me the price and it was wrong. I left without the script and will never go back. They hire inevperienced and they don’t know what they are doing. This happens everytime I get a script filled. Hate this store!!! Signs hanging off the building. Waiting in line because they won’t take anyone in the other line for prescriptions. Most screwed up place I’ve ever been to. I’m calling Corp in the morning
