They lost a prescription that was called in on 5/8 causing me to have to call a doctor and explain the situation to have a new script called in.....which is frustrating. Doctor even confirmed last script was called in 5/8. Went with a different walgreens to have it filled. Wont be coming back here for anything.

The cashier Jalisa did a great job with the line she had, greeted me when I arrived, and looked like she enjoyed her work. The shelves were semi-stocked, but short supply with delivery I assume is the cause, so no points taken off there. The store was clean and I found what I needed.

Literally the second time I've set my things down and just walked out of this location JUST within two months of each other. It is so infuriating coming in here and never being able to find what I need and once I do decide okay I might as well just buy what I have and go elsewhere for the rest, you get the pleasure of waiting behind quite a few people all while 1 register is open. And to top it off speed is not the cashier's strong suit. I worl retail myself and can't imagine this being acceptable. I haven't come here since my last walk out and won't again after today.

Edit... Spoke to the pharmacy manager JOE today. I brought to his attention an ongoing issue I have had with one of the pharmacist, MARIAM.. I asked him to please lay out and explain to me the reason I keep having these issues. He told me there isn't a reason "pharmacist are under no obligation to fill any prescriptions." I said ok but can you still give me a reason so I understand. He said no. He said it doesn't matter what actually happened. It doesn't matter what the reality of the situation is. It doesn't matter how I feel about it. They won't consult with my doctor or myself, period. I had to contact my doctor personally. He then told me with all of that said "he has to side with the other pharmacist" regardless. Even though he wasn't there and has no first hand knowledge of the situation. He won't investigate it any further. And also bc I have questioned them I am no longer welcome to fill prescriptions there either. No explanation, no reason, no empathy and no compassion. I told him don't you understand elderly people are having to go without their medications for the same reasons I'm having issues and it is happening constantly. That they are breaking so many laws and hurting patients. It is discrimination against people with a disability. I challenge joe and walgreens as a corporation to deny anything in this statement to try and have it removed as spam. I also would advise against being untruthful as the conversation we had today was recorded.... Obviously. I'd advise Google to ask walgreens for evidence to the contrary before removing this as spam, as I for see this going to court in the very near future. When subpoenas start flying and discover is introduced I can't wait for them to start lying, as they always do.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and called regarding allergy medicine. The pharmacist and the technicians were so helpful, took their time to really research and find the best answer for me to ensure the best for my unborn child while also taking care of my needs. Professional, courteous and friendly! My go to place! Thanks again Walgreens team!!

The first time I went in when I moved to this area a lead and an associate we're very rude to me and acted stuck up. I asked them for help and the lead scoffed and walked away. When I got to the register the associate ated like it was so hard to split the tab when there's a button for that. Then he called up the lead that scoffed at me and she started raising her voice at me because I wanted to split the tab. This time when I went in I was there five minutes before they closed and the doors were locked. The lead at the door just stood there starting at me. She oppened the door for an exiting customer and by that time it was ten. She proceeded to tell me that they were closed and that it was five after which was not. I told her she watched me stand there for five minutes and that I just needed a pack of ciggaretts. The lead theb started to raise her voice at me and made the excuse that her register person already closed out her register. When I asked her if she had printed out the end if day and racked the till she got mad and yelled at me as a was purchasing my ciggaretts. I worked at a Walgreens for a year with isn't too long but long enough to see every thing management deals with but I had never seen management with such short temper and such poor customer service skills. It's "right around the corner from happy and healthy" not right around the corner from grouchy and angry.

I totally love my Walgreens on Missouri Ave. I just feel like i'm apart of the store. And the service people are great, i care alot for them. I HAVE never bought or seen any out of date items, and I go there a not. And with the Walgreens points card I bought presents for my grandkids. I couldn't ask for a better place and when they say Hi Sandy when I walk in I just love it. I really love this. As for the waiting, yes I had to wait a not. Not long because I call it in first and I usually do have to wait anylway place and will never go anywhere eke

Very disorganized. The staff all act like you have all the time in the world to sit and just diddly f@*# around. The pharmacy didn't have my sons prescriptions ready -- no big deal -- they said they'd fill it and we waited. 20 minutes later the tech said she just needed to fill it real quick. Really? What were you doing for the 20 minutes you knew we were waiting in the store? While we were waiting for that we needed a photo copy of a few documents so waited at the photo center in back of a woman with a cart full of groceries. She offered to go to the regular line and the woman running the photo shop assured her that SHE would do it at the photo center even though we were standing there waiting. We waited for ten minutes and then she said she couldn't give us a simple photo copy. It's ridiculous. I won't fill my prescriptions there anymore.
