Walmart pharmacy requires to see i.d. fine, but then they scan it into the computer, keep a log of scrips you pick up, and maintain a list. Why, they say for to help you, it's not. I believe it falls under a HIPPA violation. It's between me my doctor what I'm getting, I need the pharmacist to bottle it, the techs, and cashier's, manager, CEO's, and anyone else need to know nothing

Terrible customer service and fill time. I brought a prescription to the window at 8:30pm. They informed me they were trying to close and the prescription was missing some information and would fill it in the morning and would send me a text as soon as it was ready. I called at 10:30am and we were “next on the list”. They would call me as soon as the talked to the clinic. I called back at 12:30 and they said it was ready they just didn’t have time to contact me yet. And if I wanted to make it before their lunch break, I better come on up there. It’s fine though, my infant didn’t need that medication, we just wanted it for fun(sarcasm)!

I brought in 2 prescriptions of which they only filled one. Told me the other one would be ready to pick up after the weekend on Monday and had me to sign up for notifications on my phone which I did while I was there and it was confirmed. Never heard anything from them telling me the other prescription was ready? Bad customer service in my opinion. Won't bother filling another prescription there.

Not very impressed with the customer service at all. Not very friendly or energetic. I’ve been there only twice but both times did not have what I needed. The staff at the West Memphis pharm are very good and very efficient
