Having a major ankle injury requiring an operation, they always had a workout for me. Spencer, Morgan and everyone working out there were friendly, very helpful, motivating, weather it was working out or if you just needed to talk it out!!! Love love the place and the people! Highly recommend.

There is no judgment, only encouragement and support, and Spencer constantly evaluates and adjusts workouts to meet each individual’s needs. Not to mention, your membership includes unlimited use of HEAVENLY massage chairs, sauna, and tanning bed! It’s simply the best!

This is NOT a gym! It is personal training that works and we are a family that passes no judgement. You don't have to fight the masses for use of equipment and workouts are tailored to everyone's specific needs and/or wants. My husband and I have been going to Spencer for almost 4 years and I would never become another "number" in a run of the mill gym.
