Better be careful....i waited at pharmacy to have them serve a customer who came after me first..... Forget this place...who needs to pay to be insulted!

Night manager is insanely rude ! He waits by the doors 10 minutes before closing and locks them so no more customers come in . Was shopping a few minutes before closing and grabbing last minute items and he came over and ordered me to leave the store and refused to check me out !!! Arrived at 9:50pman he forced me to leave at 10:01pm an made me drop everything an leave the store ! This manager clearly hates his job .

Always great service and selection at my local Walgreens. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. The pharmacy staff will take time to help you find over the counter solutions if you ask them.

Always 5 star service here… I walk down the aisle and before I even go up to the Rx window they tell me to type in my number and are already ringing me up. Always clean, merchandised, and fully stocked. One of the cashiers up front is always super helpful with their/the stores promotions “BOGO 1/2 off” and let’s me know to get two and save money unlike other stores where the won’t tell you. Money well spent at this Walgreens & always a pleasant shopping experience.

Went to pick up my prescription after having my wisdom teeth removed today. There was a young girl with brown hair assisting me. she couldn’t have been older than 21 or 22. She was extremely rude and gave me an attitude because I didn’t put my ID and money in fast enough. I just had surgery and I am in pain so I’m moving a little slower than usual. This just really gave me an all around bad experience. She didn’t do a very good job at hiding how much she hates her job so she should just be fired. Her attitude actually rubbed me so wrong that I will not be returning to Walgreens for prescriptions. They are much kinder and easier to talk to at Publix anyhow. Do not waste your time or money to be yelled at by an amateur pharmacist over a 20 year old broken intercom.

We went to the pharmacy and they said that they weren't in-network for our insurance. So they charged us and told us to come back if there was a mistake. I researched it and they are in-network for our insurance. My wife went back as I still wasn't feeling good. Sadly they treated my wife poorly (except for one of the managers) and said that they couldn't help her. As she was walking out she said something to the manager and he seemed to want to help. Later I got a call saying that we could use them for a pharmacy and that we could get a refund if we came back to the store. That would be 3 trips for something that they should have been able to do on the first trip.

Will be honest as client of Walgreens I am very disappointed. They were very quick to attend me as a patient. Gave me the paper work as quick as possible to be filled out. Took my time to read it and answer it. Handed the document and was not asked absolutely anything nor did he take a glance or look at the document given. Vaccine was given, he didn't even try to hold the arm/muscle so the vaccine would be a smooth process. Bandage wasn't given and I quote: "No need of a bandage you aren't bleeding". Followed by a sarcastic comment: "You are welcome to stay in the pharmacy". He didn't even ask/state let's wait 15 or 30 minutes. Bottom line to me this pharmacy has no empathy whatsoever. It felt, sounded and looked as if it was "rushed". I understand that we are understaffed in a lot of jobs, But it's easier to say We can schedule than rushing the process, specially when an immunocompromised patient. Let's not even mentioned that my vaccine card was done by pen, handwriting looks sloppy as if anyone purchased the vaccine card somewhere illegally. I want my vaccine card to be re-done. I want my papers printed, where I can see my name', my information, vaccine information, the lot number etc... (Same process when I get my flu shot.) I am Disappointed. Horrible. Trying to call corporate!

Went into store try to correct the mistake they made on their system regarding the CoVID vaccination we received. Met a rude pharmacy manager named Jay R that tell me nothing is wrong n he can’t help me! If the input was right at the first time ,the output will not be wrong . The shots was wrongly recorded n shown on the department of health system which I trying to tell him But he refused to listen n kept telling me, they are right n go somewhere else to fix it! He is super rude n not helpful at all! When asked him what is his position, he refused to answer n telling me he does not need to tell me that.on top of that, he is not wearing he white coat and name tag while working (or is he even a pharmacist??)

This review is for Ashley in cosmetics. Of note I am fairly certain this is the first review I have ever taken the time to post on anything. Ashley has been a huge help several times when I have been in need. She is so knowledgeable and finds the right item for me. You truly have a professional!

Amazing Walgreen's! Pharmacy staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. Jay is a great pharmacist - he has caught prescriptions that I was allergic to. I receive BETTER service at this location (including drive-thru) than other local Walgreen's. They are strict about rules & maybe that was an issue for previous reviewers. I would highly recommend this location. The store staff are wonderful as well & always asks if they can help!
