This CVS is like any other CVS. It's a little odd if youre used to Walgreens, but you get used to it. The employees are friendly and the shelves are neatly stocked. The store felt clean to me and well taken care of. Their prescription prices are sometimes more than Walgreens, but not by a whole lot. Overall I'd suggest anyone try out a CVS and see if it's a good fit. Also, their rewards are better than Walgreens as well!

Worst pharmacy ever. Has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen in my life. Don’t go through the drive thru unless you plan on being there for a half hour or more (not exaggerating). I will never go hear again and will advise anyone to go elsewhere. Even if it is the closest one to my house.

This is a GREAT CVS Pharmacy! The store is brightly lit and well stocked. There are many surprising items (at least to me) that are conveniently available here that you wouldn't expect to find at a pharmacy. They stock household items and toys, school supplies, some groceries, and cold beverages including beer and wine. The store and pharmacy staff are professional, courteous, competent, and friendly. They go out of their way to help you in any way possible. Rx dropoff/pickup is extremely easy and convenient, with most medications kept in stock at all times for fast fills/refills that make getting your prescriptions easy, quick, and hassle-free. Out-of-stock medications are ordered quickly and patients are notified when a wait is to be expected. This CVS location is one I would highly recommend!

My complaint is that I pull up at the pharmacy drive through trying to get a prescription, I don’t say anything but hello, my name and birthday, because I know that they are always in a rush (I came 3 hours before the pharmacy closed) but the lady was rude and cut me off mid sentence when I did go to ask a question. So I just drove away, kind of shocked. I went to ask 1 question and was mid sentence and she said ok thanks goodbye. I know 1 pharmacist does not reflect all of them, since I haven’t had this problem before, and I’ve been coming to this Walgreens my whole life since I’ve in the same place my whole life, I don’t know her name, but she looked new. Long hair, shorter.

Corporate needs to be called upon about this CVS. There is a few good workers, BUT the lazy workers really stain this CVS. And the pharmacy usually has NO rhyme or reason...it's very small & disorganized: definitely needs to be refurbished! And it's total chaos getting a prescription here! And because of the self checkout in the front, employees try to throw you on it, cuz they don't want to help. LAZY! I've poured lotsa $$ in this CVS, and only go back cuz I live close. Otherwise I would never come back, HOWEVER it's getting to that point!! 🤨

Used to be a good pharmacy. I had filled my prescription there for years every month. Now all of a sudden John the pharmacist decided he won't fill my prescription there any more because evidently my home is too far away. Does 20 min away sound too far?? I live in Saint Petersburg which is still the same county as this cvs and also live on the west side. Straight south from this cvs 20 to 25 min away. Which makes no sense at all. Doesn't sound like a legitimate reason to me. Especially considering I live in the same county and also the pharmacy is directly between my doctor and my home which was convenient. John doesn't want to do prescriptions unless you live right next door. I have never had an issue with any other pharmacy like this. I'll just go to a pharmacy that I'm welcome at. The other cvs which is just as far has no issue filling my prescription. For goodness sake I'm not from Pasco coming to pinellas. I will be filing a complaint.

I came here after leaving largo medical center where sent me out the door without heling me by calling my ambetter health, so I could get the insulin they put me on with m health insurance (dr Chun). I was told I would have to ay about 300 each bottle 1 lantus and 1 bottle humalog (pf my script i for 10 bottles lantus and 5 - 5 packs of humalog pens). I asked if I could use my good rx, the girl said no. I made the purchase and went home went for my after visit to my Doctor Kuldelko, next day and she saif I should have use good rx, the so. I was ripped off by the clerk at CVS. I would like a refund of my overage. I spent 572.73

This is my CVS for sure, why because I can always count on the service be it the pharmacy, manager and of course the customer service workers they are awesome. Brittany was there to assist me with my precious photos for my Mother's Day gifts. She took the time to explain how to work the software even though she was new at the job that says a lot to me. The manager Shannon is always available when you need to discuss any issues or just need assistant and lastly Lisa always kind words and a smile at the cashier. These employees make my trip to my CVS a pleasure and I will continue to keep this CVS as MY GO TO PLACE FOR ALL MY NEEDS!

The pharmacy is the worst I have EVER used. They call my doctor every month for authorization on a script that has refills on it!! My doc's office says CVS always has issues. Never fill anything on time. They are also trying to fill 3 scripts for the same thing! They pull up old scripts that have been canceled and try to fill them. I'm switching away from these Incompetent fools.

Love that this is my neighborhood CVS. The clerks and RX staff are always friendly and helpful with transactions. And when I tested for covId, the drive thru process was super easy. Don't listen to the other reviews. Twenty cars do not fit in their drive thru (5-6 cars max) and they walk you through every step of the testing process. Just make sure you have your windows rolled up with AC RUNNING. Got my test result in 3 days! Will definitely be back to retest.
