As a previous CVS pharmacy tech, you should use the phone for the drive thru to communicate. So if it’s going to take 15 mins for you to even come to the window a simple “I’ll be there shortly” would be nice. Always a long wait even when no one else it at the counter inside the store.

I need to switch to another CVS location. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through today and watched while everyone inside was helped but I ignored. When I yelled if anyone was working the drive through another person came from around the corner and was extremely rude, as if I was an inconvenience. This CVS location needs additional employees if the ones currently working are too busy to address customers.

Bella in pharmacy is very helpful and she goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied before you leave. I had an issue with some prescriptions and she sorted them out and had my meds in less then an hour she explained each medication to me before I picked them up and made sure I knew which medications she was able to fill and not fill at this moment . Thank you Bella and staff for your 5 star service each time.

COUNT YOUR PILLS!!! I've been shorted multiple times on multiple prescriptions. The first time I noticed was on a small Rx of Prednisone. They couldn't even count 15 pills correctly. Often out of needed drugs, not friendly and no customer service (ie not willing to do anything extra to help). This pharmacy has been on a steady decline for quite some time.

Made me wait inside with the flu!!!! One hour to fill a prescription that was a prepackaged packet!!!!! No counting involved!!! They made sure I waited the full hour....while they filled other scripts, and only one other client came to the store the entire time I was there!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My family and I have had nothing but problems here at this location! I don’t even know where to begin with the amount of attitude Ive received there. Today was the last straw when not one person there was able to tell me a prescription that I’ve been trying to pick up now for three days was sent to an old address. Instead of looking into it and clearly finding out it was delivered. They told me someone else must’ve picked it up. I’ve waisted hrs a day trying to locate who and how would someone pick up it up. The last few months I’ve felt so small, embarrassed, and every time I’ve tried to pick up mine meds they completely took advantage of my vulnerability. I Know if I confronted them for belittling me that they would have the opportunity to turn around and tell me they don’t have it in stock or couldn’t fill it when I needed it, etc. they’ve taken it upon themselves to mess with the amount of tablets my doctor would prescribe and Lower my dosage at times. (Keep in mind it’s a mental medication) I was always scared that if I confronted them they would be able to go to the Extent of adding notes into my profile and make it hard for me and other CVS’s. But now I’m not allowing this to happen to my family no longer. Hopefully anyone else that feels the same way that is worried to stand up for the way they’re treated will! - Nicole aka A Great Customer who will never walk into cvs on Belcher and Ulmerton in Largo fl again!!!!

I have had the misfortune of going to this CVS a few times as it is down the street from my house. Let me start off by saying Lori in the pharmacy is the rudest, most unprofessional person I've ever spoken with. I called in to check on a prescription and she said "You don't have the app? You know you can do it there" and I said "okay. Maybe next time" and she kept going on about how convenient it was and that I needed to use the app. I asked her, can I not call anymore? She said I can but since so many people call in she can never get prescriptions filled. I asked her to please speak to her hiring manager about this, as I am a customer. If she feels understaffed, I am not the one to talk to about this. From here, it got worse. She laughed at me twice and lied about being the boss when I requested to speak with the boss due to her unprofessionalism. She berated me as a customer and I can now say I will be telling everyone I know about this horrible experience. I would like to be contacted about this experience, the call can be pulled if necessary.

Pharmacy is awesome. My prescriptions are always ready on time and their staff are very helpful. Retail is great as well.

I'd like to list NO stars. I live one block from this location in FL. My roommate was hurt in GA and we returned to FL after her surgery to drop off her prescriptions after a 7 hour drive. Got to this location and it was the Pharmacist first day and she did NOT know how to fill the script with workers comp insurance -- it was near closing and we were sent away. We went to 2nd CVS location and they filled the script. Now yesterday -- we needed to refill the script and went to this CVS, one block away and the SAME pharmacist said -- after making us wait that because of this type of script -- she could NOT fill it because of the limited supply -- they reserve supplies for their regular customers. Well if this incompetent could have filled the script the first time -- we would have been this CVS locations customer. What a bunch of #$%^ --- CVS should be able to accommodate all customers .

Pharmacy is a complete disaster. I've been there 4 times and have has 4 issues. Never ready by pick up times; best to give them an extra 3-4 hours. Tried to charge because they never ran the insurance. And now I called in a prescription refill Mon 3/13 that needed to be renewed with the doctor. Was told they'd send a text when ready on Wed 3/15, never texted. Went to pick it up and they had not tried to contact the doctor yet, was told it's be ready Tue 3/21 after 4pm. Waited till 7pm, the girl says "I see you have 3 to pick up, sneaks 2 in the bag, and sends me on my way. So I go back again to be told they sent the request on Mon 3/20 and had not heard back yet. Yes, I'll contact my doctor in the morning to get them moving faster too, but I won't be surprised it they actually haven't received a request yet.
