How can you not love this place??? A window into old Florida when citrus ruled the state. Treat yourself to the best juice around (a drastic difference from store bought brands) and grab a piece of saltwater taffy. It's always sad when this place has its seasonal closure but makes the juice taste all that much better in late October when they reopen.

Delicious orange ice cream made from fresh squeezed oranges from their farm. A must see if you are in the area. I like to get the orange vanilla swirl. The key lime mini pies are awesome too!

Fun "slice" of Florida tourism. Fresh fruit (in store or shipped), seashells, honey, jam and jelly, taffy, postcards and lots of fun souvenirs and knickknacks. They're on the edge of 'old time charm' and outdated so not quite 5 star but still a fun experience.

I came to buy Floride hostess gifts to bring up north. It was exactly what I was looking for! There were so many Florida souvenirs to choose from. The back coolers were packed with fresh squeezed orange juice, orange and grapefruit sections. The aisles packed with orange marmelade, local citrus taffy...anything local 🍊 Go there just for healthy orange swirl ice cream!

Aside from very friendly helpful staff this place has the best tasting keylime pie I've ever had. The fresh orange vanilla icecream is superb in taste as well. Reasonably priced alot of treasures and tasty finds here. Will be back for sure.

After the turtle park my two kids & I headed to YBG for a treat of ice cream, like we usually do. There were two ladies working the front counter. My children & I entered the store & she immediately began yelling "whatever you need you need to hurry" throwing her hands around & using a scolding tone "we are closed we closed at 530" in complete shock I said nothing & looked at my phone, it was 5:31. Instead of over reacting I said "that's ok, we would have liked an ice cream but that's fine if it's too much trouble, we'll leave & go elsewhere." .. she continued her tantrum & said "that's fine & don't come back". I replied "shame on you" & she continued her tantrum. I have NEVER experienced such HORRID customer service, EVER. New store hours, & apparently new work ethics. Her entire demeanor, tone, & language was COMPLETELY out of line & should be handled appropriately. As I local we enjoy YBG & I'm constantly suggesting to tourists, friends, & family. We will never make that mistake again. Unfortunate, but YBG lost our business & referrals. We will continue to support kooky coconut & tropical ice cream & all the other novelty beach stores.

Old Florida Grove to Market store that you'll enjoy. Freshly squeezed juiced, fruits, souvenirs, and freshly made ice cream you'll not find anywhere else. Being an Old Florida Gal, this little store takes me back! Love It!!

Recommended for the orange twist soft serve ice cream 🍦😋 and it was worth the drive. A neat stop with lots to see a taste. We were told that the ice cream was delicious and reminiscent of the old orange dream and it was great! Highly recommend.

Great place to get fresh in season citrus fruits of Florida, they also have visitor souvenirs. And the best ice cream made with real orange juice. A must if your in the area.
