NO CASHIERS at this location! BEWARE! Absolutely unbelievable! NONE! Never again! When I spend $200 at a store, I want someone else to ring it up and pack my stuff. Just like it has been forever! Walmart just saving money at our expense... Sux!

Time and time again we go to this store and leave upset. From lack of customer service, them being out of basics like formula for months on end, prices being wrong, issues multiple days in a row with grocery delivery and the old woman who insists on making sure we didn’t steal anything as she watches us ring everything out I would say just go further down the road for a better experience. The absolute lack of training for management or ability to provide an even mediocre experience is astounding. They need to clean house and send in corporate for an entire overhaul. Great location being thrown down the drain do to laziness and just ability to be a normal Human. I would give zero if I could.

After what I seen with their employee jabril and manager Sara I would not come here because jabril tried to meet up with a 14 year old boy for explicit reasons and Sara gave him her keys to run away from the property before the police showed up

My major issue with this Walmart Neighborhood grocery, besides the mediocre attempt at cleanliness, is its complete lack of human cashiers!! On my visit today, there were no less than 4 vested women 'directing traffic'(?) to the open DIY register cubbies and I wondered at the utter waste of paid labor. I, myself, am at my total & complete limit with cashier-less experiences. Why should I do the work and STILL pay full price for what I buy? This Walmart is certainly NOT the only example of this, but I'm not ready to be shopper, cashier, bagger and cart-person at my advanced age.

The two employees at the pickup section were EXCELLENT!! Personable, apologetic, and overall friendly! They really displayed true customer service.... Thanks again to Albert and the young woman with the multi color hair (sorry, couldn't see your name tag)

I think everyone is just having a bad day. Staff were rude & fighting with each other very loudly. My kiddo was uncomfortable & asked if we could just go to Publix, so we did. We went to Publix where "shopping is a pleasure" and they have check out humans.

This store used to be a lot cleaner, the scanners on the checkout counters are always in need a cleaning workers standing around doing nothing, why can't they walk around checking to see what needs wiping down. The parking lot is a freaking disgrace, the trash you have to kick it out of the way sometimes. Come on Walmart you used to be a nice store to shop at.

It's too bad they have to get one star! I went to the neighborhood market on Ulmerton , and as I was scanning my food some employee came up and started going through my bags. She said she was making sure I didn't steal anything and it wasn't the first time she did this, so when I asked for a manager one couldn't be provided. That's Real good customer service walmart! Guess where I won't be grocery shopping from now on!

Far better than Walmart Retail Stores. Less crowded. Quick visits. Better Staff. Well-Managed. More variety of fresh fruits, flowers n vegetables. Offering nearly everything that may let you skip goin to other walmart stores. I have been shopping here from last few weeks, I’m glad I found this store.
