What in the world is wrong with the deli staff? and what did I do wrong? I order from this publix very frequently and I always order online to not have to wait around for my sub to be ready. The problem is that every. single. time. The sub is never ready. I have to ask if they started the order every single time before they start making it and it cost me an extra 15 minutes without fail. Doesnt matter if its Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and no matter what time I order IT DOES NOT MATTER. Today, on a Friday was the same exact experience, except it was 30 minutes late. I simply asked if they started on the order yet very politely but the lady with the glasses and a new york accent blew up and the other employee apologized and we said ok no problem until the new york lady started saying DONT SAY SORRY I SAID WE ARE BACKED UP THEY CAN WAIT DONT SAY SORRY TO THEM, and I use caps because she shouted this and embarrassed us in front of the 8 other people waiting for their late orders and complaining about it also? So I retorted but its never ready no matter what day or time I come. I said just cancel the order ill just order dinner somewhere else. as I walk away, another member of the deli staff said go fill out a job application and maybe your sub will be ready and the new york lady started talking bad about me as I was walking away to the customers who were all waiting and complaining about the orders not being ready. This is just ridiculous. I make it a point to go to loggers run and glades publix because even though they are higher volume stores, the food is at least ready relatively close to the time its supposed to be and rarely ever late but since the west Boca publix is the closest to me I keep mistakenly trying it again and again and again. If I wanted to wait around an extra 15 - 20 minutes why even order online and not just order in store? And why the attitude? As much money as I spend at publix weekly on my families groceries after this experience I will never shop there again. How am I in the wrong and why in the world is this deli employee so crazy? Whatever she has going on it is never acceptable to blow up on customers for simply asking a question? This lady is in no way capable of handling face to face customer interactions and it is extremely exhausting to have to deal with this ladies attitude and taking it out on the loyal long term customers. We are not punching bags for when someone's job isn't done correctly.

It's Publix. The store is very clean and organized. The grocery selection is very large. My favorite thing about this store is the deli and sandwiches they make. The sandwiches are great and priced very well.

Run down publix in a shabby part of town..the seafood is never really fresh tasting here at this location. Rotisserie chicken is drier, subs less full..this place is good for last minute items or dry items.

I love this store because it's never crazy busy. The only problem is your deli manager. (Or at least she claims to be) I go in twice a week at 7:30 am. This morning she was her usual miserable self. I watched her talk to a customer so poorly. I felt so bad, I had to defend this women because the deli clerk was so out of line. She was not only 100% wrong about the situation, she was 100% wrong for the way she talked to a customer. This is not the first time I've seen her be rude. Great way to start a morning.

The staff are great, everyone from the meat dept, produce managers, bakers, customer service, cashier's & baggers - top notch! I can get everything I need in 20 minutes & am treated almost like family. Thanks guys - excellent!!!

I had an amazing experience at this Publix! Everybody was very friendly and the store was very clean. I was visiting from Miami Florida and passed by Publix to pick up a sub for lunch, There was a girl named Nicole that helped me out in the Deli, She was an amazing person and was very friendly and helped me prepare the perfect sub and definitely made my day she had a smile the whole time on her face and was very kind!!! I will definitely be going back to the Publix the next time I have been Boca Raton. Thank you and I hope she gets recognized for her good work
