This Publix is a diamond in the rough. It's clean, friendly staff, easy to locate items. Maria at the deli was especially efficient with making subs and went above and beyond to locate a specific item that I requested. She was just a pleasure. Nobody ever says nice things but when they're due I hope she gets recognized.

I came to sit down and enjoy my Publix sandwich and saw this area so messy. I let the deli people know about it while they were just standing around aimlessly and they looked at me and laughed. I live across the street from this Publix but this location is not so good anymore. Now I go to the one on Military just North of Clint Moore. Even they're avocados are ripe not like this Publix that sells rock hard avocados. The 2 people in the pic walked over to help a lady with something. I saw them look at the mess and not do anything. Maybe this is how they live at home but it seems like these 2 don't have any pride in keeping their place tidy. What a shame that people like these 2 have to come to a beautiful neighborhood and make it uncomfortable for the ones that live here.

They have several employees around to assist you if needed. They have a small Kosher aisle, and some Kosher Meats. Even though the Kosher Butcher is right around the corner. They also have a very nice bakery section which has fresh bread and pastry and cakes.

I never thought I’d be writing a negative review about Publix! Considering the years I’ve been shopping at the Reserve! Sadly I am writing in hopes that management Will rectify the problem! Here’s the problem… your Deli Counter servers are for the most part always professional, polite and are a pleasure to come in contact with. Unfortunately early this morning while shopping together with my husband, one of your deli counter employees was terribly rude. I wanted so much to go right then to management and put a complaint in, but that old man had already ruined my morning with his ugly attitude. As the day went by I regretted not reporting him! So I am now leaving this negative review in hopes that this person will be educated on customer service etiquette. Especially since we are only encountering each for a few moments! Politeness is free and should be number one in customer service! He will see and meet all different kinds people and I’m sure he was not hired to judge people and or be rude to them. I will continue shopping here, but if I ever encounter this particular employee and have to experience his rudeness, believe me, it will be more than just a bad review! Publix is known for great customer service! Well, not today and certainly not at your deli counter!!!! Please let’s not ruin another great chain because of bad behavior!!
