I went to PC Richard’s on Sunday July 17,2022 to buy a refrigerator with top freezer but didn’t see my normal salesman Mr Khan, so I went with other one, wrong decision, he was not eager to assist me and cater to my needs. I bought the refrigerator but wasn’t satisfied. I went back the next day and saw Mr. Khan, what a relief, he was smith a client so I waited for him to finish up. Mr. Khan was very eager to help me and never hesitated to provide great customer service to help me fix my issue and make me feel 100% satisfied. He’s very patient and professional and this why I look forward in coming back , thank you!

Great service from Jay. had no idea PC Richard had mattresses and a pillow sale. Came in a week and half ago for an Hdmi cable. I left knowing if I need a mattress I could go back to the New Hyde Park PC Richard's store. I came back today May 1. 2022 and bought 2 Storm pillows and 2 protectors. The Storm 1.0 and 3.0. I plan on replacing my refrigerator within the next 6 months. Alex W. showed and explained details/features of various models that interested me. He was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. When I asked if a certain model could be ordered with an exterior ice and water dispensal, Alex W. did not hesitate to look this up. Alex W. and his manager, Jon, were very helpful as to the pillow firmness coding and explaining the benefits of pillow protectors. Alex W., great refrigerator knowledge and willing to research if not sure. I have been in other PC Richard's stores and walked out as no one greeted me or offered assistance. I will not go back to those stores. Not so at the New Hyde Park Store. I was greeted and helped. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable along with a willingness to research if not sure. I will return to the New Hyde Park store for what I need I highly recommend the New Hyde Park store to shop in.
