Excellent experience. The manager, Ricky, was very helpful in finding something for my father for Christmas. He took the time to listen to the type of musician my father is, his likes and dislikes, and was very knowledgeable of everything he had in stock and I walked away with some killer gifts. So glad I found this place. I will be back.

They are the sweetest!!!! My trumpet had been messed up for years, and when I brought it to them, they helped me get replacement parts for free from Yamaha and then did the repair itself for free!! Will absolutely come back for any future needs, and will bring my family for anything they need

Wow! Just wow! Very "lazy" employees! Horrible experience! I trusted this place for 2 years!! My mom and I were going to Catalano so I could pick a cello for a competition in school. We asked for a cello and the manager brought us one. He told me to sit down to test it out. I tried to play a note and what did I get? Nothing. It barely played a note. It was pretty dusty and it looked as though they had it for about 10 years. They should have fixed it to let it play a better noise and cleaned it up before they brought it to me. When my mom told the manager to bring another cello, all he said was "Then go to another store and get a cello." Really?! He said that instead of getting me another cello to test out. We got out of that place and went to Laconia and it was SO MUCH BETTER. I'm never going to Catalano EVER AGAIN.
