My visit was short but very productive. I found the piano keyboard (full size/88 keys) that was suitable for my needs. As a beginner, I did not want to spend too much but wanted a good enough quality and pleasant to the touch keys, which I got. The piano I bought has this and more. The price was excellent (It was priced about $100 less as it had just gone on sale; I also checked online at other stores and it was indeed the lowest price available_as stated in their tag) and I do suggest the extra $40 for coverage. Not having to send the keyboard back to the manufacturer if service is needed is something I prefer to avoid. This way, if something is wrong, I could just bring it into any Sam Ash store (the warranty is also extended for a total of 4 years!). The person that helped me was very nice. The sales rep, Jeremy Norton, was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He even carried out the keyboard to my car. Thank you Sam Ash!
