We had it 5 days so I called them and explained my situation and ask if I could bring it back and buy one the company recommended and they said yes. I packed it up like new took it in and order the other copier. They bent over backwards to help me and I was so pleased because I thought I was going to be stuck with a $550 printer that was not working with my software. Thank you OfficeMax
