I was told to come pick up my prints after 4 pm. I should have known they closed at 6pm but didn’t!! When I got there at 6:15, Veronica said they were closed and she couldn’t help me!! I told her that I’d already paid for the prints and that I have an10am flight and that I can’t come back at noon. Why couldn’t she just give me the package!! She then started to record me and threaten to call the police. She could have carried my stuff with her out to her car! Just mean- plain mean!!!

I shipped a package from this location the other day and the employee treated me like I was a pain in the rear just for breathing the same air as her. Rude rude rude employees here. Be prepared for the sass.

Can I leave half of a star? These people are so rude it’s just astonishing. Went in to get a poster printed. I stood there at the counter for at least 20 minutes watching 4 employees work on one printer. (Turns out it takes 4 to load paper). Each 4 saw me standing there. I obviously did not get my poster, I think that may have been too hard for them.

I used to go to this location when craming with classes because they were open 24 hours. I thought open last week but closed at 6pm I guess covid-19. That's too bad because have a lot of machines and lots of table space to organize. And parking

This is the absolute worst one I've ever had to experience. No one knew what I needed for my images to be printed. The employee who was supposed to be helping me was rude and complained about how she didn't want to be at work. I spent 45 minutes and 7 dollars on computer time only to be told they couldn't help me.

When they are good, they are very, VERY good! BUT - when they are bad, they are HORRID. I've had such a crazy mix of experiences at this place, that I don't even know where to start. The service is never consistent. The pricing is never consistent. The quality is never consistent. I have worked with some employees who are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly, then I've had some that just totally are not (to say the least). Last time I went in, the lady manager had no clue what she was doing. I needed 3 prints ran, and ended up leaving this location very frustrated with 9 ruined pieces of my specialty paper. I finally found an awesome guy who works at a different location, and I'm going to try to work strictly with him from now on. Sheesh...

The Fed ex delivery man delivered a package to my home. I needed to refuse the package but since He didn't notify me by knocking on the door or ring the doorbell I didn't know he left the package. I took it down to this FedEx drop off and they refused to give me any type of tracking number or receipt that I had dropped it off. So therefore the front counter person could just take these packages and throw them in a suitcase and put them in their car me being responsible for the package since I have no proof that I dropped it off. Go to any UPS store instead they have no problem giving you a receipt for dropping off your package. That's why UPS Drives the big package cars and fed ex drives a small Mini van.

This print shop was awesome!! We have been using another shop closer to my office but they would never get our prints out on time- they told me my order would take until next week to get done! I called this fedex today at 10 and by 1 they were ready for pick up! I am incredibly impressed! You will be my print shop from now on!

I visited this store yesterday evening to get a few (20) oversized (not that large, 11"x28") color prints, on regular paper, from a PDF file that I provided on a USB flash drive. I was the only person in the shop. The woman that "served" me was extremely rude and seemed seriously put out that I was in her shop. She said it would take hours to print the file, IF she was able to get around to it. She quoted me a price of $21.95 per page. I thanked her for her time (2 minutes) and went to Office Max (a mile or so down the road) and within 15 minutes had 20 copies of my document printed at a cost of $1.28 per print. The service was friendly and very professional. I strongly recommend that you avoid this store (at least on Saturday evenings). There are other companies that actually want your business.
