Ordered two sausage biscuits and large grits at the drive thru to take home and share. Only got one sausage biscuit. Called and first they gave me the run around then told me I didn't go through the drive thru. I had noticed a decline in service recently. This is the end, I will not go back.

Great friendly staff. Food was cold at 11:45 am. Chicken over cooked and hard. Drive though was busy. Decided to dine in, only two people inside. The restaurant could use an interior face lift. Tables old and sticky even though some one was constantly wiping things down.

I ordered some spicy fried chicken. It took a long time to get it. And then it was pretty nasty. The pieces were small and overcooked. Won't be going back there.

Ordered my food through the drive-thru, get to the window, and pay for it. They proceed to hand me a bag of food which was not my own. I parked to check my suspicion, confirmed it was someone else's order, and took it inside to ask for what I paid for and not what the person behind me ordered. They took the bag out of my hands, and handed it right to the other car. They have no idea what I could have done to that bag, and legally they have to remake it in case I contaminated the food somehow. They then made my order, and handed it to me without any of the condiments I requested in the bag. Not coming back here. Popeyes might be slower, but at least I haven't seen them ignore FDA regulations.

We don't have this particular fast food chain in our area but we were very pleased with the meals and service. The food was delicious and we got it in a fast and friendly manner. The dining area was clean and they seemed to keep the drive through running smoothly even at their lunch rush.

We were just passing through and decided to stop after seeing all the billboard signs we stop at this particular one around 4pm with only 1 car in the drive through. We ordered a 20 peice mixed with tenders and sides, the food was old and dry and the biscuits were dry and tasteless the only thing good there was the sweet tea.

After learning the grovetown location currently has no biscuits, we took our $50 order 4 miles down the road to this location where Shaun was overjoyed to see us and accommodate our order with fresh out of the oven biscuits! Antwan brought out our large order quickly and with a smile. They turned my whole day around and will definitely be passing Grovetown to come here from now own. Well worth the few extra miles to get service from people like those two, especially these days! Thank you Shaun and Antwan!

Nice and warm breakfast. My go-to is the steak biscuit, sort of like a country fried steak biscuit sandwich. The bo-rounds (somewhere between a tater tot and McDonalds hash brown) is a personal favorite. Paired well with orange juice.

This is not my first but my second attempt at getting this sandwich from this location. First time I ordered it with bacon and cheese got back to work and no bacon or cheese! After several calls i finally got a manager on the phone she said she would remake when i could come back. So today i go back, order the same sandwich the manager remembered our conversation about what happened and hands me yet ANOTHER sandwich with no cheese or bacon! Not only that but they couldn't spread the mayo or even use fresh chicken!
