At first in training they make the job sound so great and tell you all the perks you get with the job. I sat at my desk quiet from day one. I always think it’s better not to have work friends. 2 months in and they took 4 1/2 hours of OVERTIME out of my check because THEY did NOT inform us (email and chat team) that going unavailable would do so... I asked another email and chat rep and they did not know of such thing either. THEN they say “100 points is a lot” NOT when they give you 3 points every time you go to the bathroom working a 9 hour shift. I called corporate, talked with a supervisor, and set up a meeting with a manager and they still did NOT give me MY TIME 4 1/2 hours of overtime back. I DO NOT recommend this place. Someone I recommended work for them got the job and only worked the week of training and 3 hours her first day. They DID NOT pay her for the 3 hours and turned off her Wisley card as soon as she received it with the money so she cannot spend the money she earned. If you do decide to work for the call center I promise you’ll see employees dropping like flys. They cannot keep employees for ANYTHING due to how unprofessional the place is. I put in a 2 weeks notice to go work somewhere else because It PAYS. BETTER. I am now on full time with my new job doing less for more money. Once I put my two weeks notice in and even before supervisors and employees would pick and laugh and make jokes about my new job (which pays more) and much more. It is not worth the pay. All luck to whoever decides to test out this place for an actual job. It’s like a high school filled with gossiping 15 yr olds. 👋🏼 If you ask to use your paid time off they give you points for using YOUR TIME. The job was a good job because I liked what I did and was decent at it for only being there for 3-4 months. It’s not worth the bullying, low pay, and hassle of worrying about your money being stolen and points being wracked up for little reasons.
