Very good experience getting my phone fixed with this company. Been in here twice with two different phones and the owner immediately knew the problem both times. He's smart and does good work. Very nice and efficient, extremely happy with my experience. I got there early to replace my IPhone’s battery and it was completed before my appointment time. Gives a warranty on the battery, reasonably priced. Much better than going to the phone provider and being coerced into buying a new expensive phone, while having a completely functional phone already. Thank you Johnathan

I recently had an issue with a MacBook that I took in, but have gone in the store before with other Apple products. Jonathan gave me several options of what could be done and what to expect. Service was quick, and price was very fair. He was also available for me via his store’s social media account for any questions or possible “quick fixes” before having to come in anyway. I will always use his services as long as I’m in town and also feel very comfortable in referring and recommending him to anyone else experiencing any issues with anything technological. 5 stars is simply not enough!!!

5 out of 5 stars for Johnathon is a no brainer for me.. In fact, I feel that a percentage (out of 100) would more accurately express my overall experience yesterday.. And if that were the case, my rating would be 110%. My screen on my iPhone XS Max was shattered early last year and not usable because I was not willing to pay the $320 (approx) that Apple charges for the same service that Johnathon did for only $170..My first experience with paying for a screen replacement was with Batteries Plus for my iPhone 7s Plus. They repaired my screen but I waited 20 min in the store just to drop my phone off and have my info taken because the employees were all busy with other customers. Batteries Plus charges $220 and it’s just not worth it when you can go with Johnathon at Phone Surgeons for a way better experience...

This place is awesome! I called around to at least 10 other places and chose the cheapest one. I didn’t realize I would also get a lifetime warranty on any repair-related malfunctions. When I dropped my newly-repaired screen on my hardwood floor, Jonathan fixed it in under five minutes. This place is the bee’s knees!

Phone surgeon has low prices for the best quality and devices are repaired so fast. My have been breaking electric for years I use to through it away but now with phone surgeon I don’t.Never had a problem with any product that Jonathan fixed. He is so personal and genuine. Hard to find customer service like that anywhere. definitely coming here every time i need something fixed or have questions!

Great shop! Jonathan repaired my iPhone quickly and was by far the best price. Had a slight cosmetic blemish on the new screen after the repair, took it back and even though he was working on other devices, he made me priority and quickly changed out the screen at no charge, which fixed the blemish. I would recommend them highly and would never take my devices anywhere else. Phone Surgeons of Augusta is the best for everything from speed of repair, to honoring their lifetime warranty!
