I’d had enough of the unprofessional & uncaring big-named pharmacies. When I discovered Howard’s Pharmacy it was a huge relief to finally not be judged by the medicine I must take.

Been here forever a simpsonville staple, my go 2 candy store in the 80s i lived 2 minutes walking distance away still miss David, he always took care of his customers and knew you by name, its still family owned and operated and I choose them for prescriptions over any of the big box stores still to this day, good people

This Pharmacy needs so much more recognition, the fact that this isn’t even a big brand like CVS, or Walgreens, and they provided me with better service. They made my meds very quick and ready for me to pick up when I arrived. What’s even nice is that their customer service is so friendly and such a pleasure dealing with. I will never regret switching here and will always recommend this place to friends and family.

I started shopping Howard's in Sville in March 2020. CVS wasn't playing nice with my cash pay plan. Scott and Deb have been great to us. He was even able to provide a lower cost for a med for my children's. All I need to do is text him or Deb and say "I am on my way" and my script is ready. The team in there knew me within 3 months. If I forget to call in, they can still have my script ready in 3 minutes. Always smiling. The Interior reminds me of my grandads pharmacy from 40+ years ago. Great place, great service.

Poor customer service I have been mad to feel unwelcome and a burden to be waited on. Every time I go in there I will be waiting not spoken to and been past by being waited on by the staff

Went to fill a prescription, upon entering not one single employee (5) was wearing a mask and no social distancing. I was standing inside waiting for the employee to validate my insurance when another employee offered if I felt uncomfortable wearing a mask I can take it off. Unbelievable!! The employee checking my insurance said it expired. I left and went to CVS. The insurance card was not expired and got my prescription filled without a problem. Oh yeah, all employees at CVS was wearing masks.

Very nice staff - something about using a local pharmacy over the big boys like walmart and CVS.. My grandmother worked for a local pharmacy for many many years and I have many fond memories. Support your local small businesses - pharmacies, and any other type of businesses! Thanks Howards!

I would not recommend this pharmacy to any new members of Simpsonville SC, they are very judgemental and do not welcome new comers For years I used my small town pharmacy "Banks" in Ridge Spring SC I mistakenly thought they would be as compassionate and caring they are not at all. They require I completely run out of medication in order to pick up my refill although they know I am closely monitored by my Doctor they require I run out of medication before I can pick up a refill. I have been told by several local ppl that this is not a common practice with them so I assume they have discriminated against me due to not knowing me on a personal basis. This is an awful way to treat people new or not. I do not encourage anyone new to the town Of Simpsonville to take their business to this Pharmacy.

I had a terrible cough last week and a friend of mine told me about their cough syrup and how well it works. I had coughed all night the night before so I went after work and got some. I took some when I got home and before I went to bed. I did not cough at all that night and I immediately started feeling better. I had been prescribed tessalon perles and it did not work but this did. I will definitely be back should I get another cough like that again and have already passed the info on to other friends.

I have been going into Howards since the 60s. My parents used Howards when I was little an I continue to use them today. They will work hard to satisfy you as a customer I know that because I have had some problems getting certain perscription approved through my insurance an they have made telephone call that gas lasted for 30 min. There goal is to satisfy their customers.
