Not only was deontay very helpful and respectful but he got me in and out very quickly w such patience,even tho the phone I was replacing wasn't cooperating very well. He was very knowledgeable about the phones I and another customer were looking at. He multiply task very well and made sure before I left I knew every part of my phone was working correctly and that I knew about the deals going on with my phone. This cricket store was the 3rd place I called about the phone I wanted and they were the only one in stock. I will definitely take my service to this store in the future.
