I went to get some new phones and watches at AT&T. It’s not often that I make big purchases, but these were important and it was crucial I get them right. The manager was the absolute best. He helped me get everything I needed and signed me up for a discount for educators that I was not even aware of.

I had to come in store after having multiple issues with my order(which turned out to be from a 3rd party retailer) all weekend. The manager as well as the asm helped me for almost 4 hours, even though the issues were by no fault of their own. I had to return to the store again within a few hours(more issues I accidentally overlooked) and they pointed me in the right direction and walked me through the process step by step. I’ve never met anyone with the patience they had and I really appreciate how they went out of the way to work with me. Thank you Braylon and Slade!

The hut behind the counter posted with a Rubic cube the full 20 minutes I was trying to get information him. You could tell he did not care to help AT ALL. If I could give a negative rating I would!

Went there because I have a cracked screen, was told to me you have that other insurance and that I needed to call this number. What ever happened to customer service? I should have saved my gas and googled the info myself. I also called other the weekend and could not get an answer.

I have to say this is the best experience we have ever had with customer service. We switched from Verizon to AT&T after 10 years. We walked into the Simpsonville store and Corban immediately help us . We need to switch over 7 lines and he was so helpful and explained the whole process.

Every other cell phone company is better than AT&t they are crooks stay away ye has been warned! I'm not going to bother telling you the details of my experience that I assure you it's worse than you could imagine.

Those guys at AT&T in Simpsonville SC are great. I had something in my phone bill that I didn't own anymore 4 of them & buy the other people that worked there never told me that I needed to call about. The young man that waited on told me that he would take care of for me. Thank you for doing that for me. I really appreciate it.

My fiancé and I went there for new phones. Slade, the representative we worked with was outstanding. He helped us through the whole process. He was super helpful and just an all around great person. His supervisor David was great as well. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn’t do 6 or more.
