I have rented from here several times. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff, although it's always someone different. We rented a bush hog this last time. When driving it onto the trailer my son noticed only the right wheel was driving. This was causing a strong pull to the left which would have made it really hard to control for 5 hours worth of work. We told the staff and they quickly changed it out for the other one they had. It drove fine. I hope they get the first one serviced.

Trailer was great. Material lift worked fine but was missing arm extensions to be able to use.

I rent equipment from here 2 to three times a week regularly. I’ve never had any issues. Mr. Jon and Mr. Lester are always helpful and do what they can to make the rental process quick and easy. I will continue to rent from here until it’s unnecessary for me to do so.

Absolute nightmare. Equipment was constantly not working right. Could not get a tect out to fix for days. Then bringing the equipment back they tried to charge me fees for their tect coming and getting the broken down equipment even though I had purchased the damage protection! Then after I was finished with the project they wouldn't rent me a truck to bring it back (which is how I got the equipment in the first place). Apparently they "changed their policy" and wouldn't allow their trucks to be used to tow anything. So they left me stranded with the equipment with no way to bring it back. Easily the worst and most costly experience I've ever had renting anything. I've rented with them at least 5 times and never had a smooth or favorable experience.

rented several times from Simp location. no issues at all. would like to be able to reserve equipment, but that concept does not apply.

The rental cashier was rude and acted like he didn't want to rent a pipe cleaning machine to a woman because I would be unable to use it. Spend the extra time to go to another store.
