Don’t waste your time here - I tried to return a starter bought from another store to receive a core charge refund. When the employee took a pause from their FaceTime call, they could not figure out how to perform the refund, even after calling their manager. The employee then told me I had already returned the core (not true) or that I was never charged for the core (also untrue). The employee became angry with me when I told her that neither of those statements she made were true. While there were no other people in the store, her FaceTime call still ongoing, AirPods in, she told me there was nothing she could do. I went up the road to the location on Sam Rittenburg Blvd, and Will helped to refund the amount in less than 5 minutes. It took some extra work for him to look up out of state purchases, but he was willing to do it. I recommend to anyone to avoid this location because of the unprofessional behaviors of the people they hire.

The ladies are really doing their thing.. visit was great and shocking at the same time.the pandemic has brout the smart and knowledgeable ladies out of hiding... great hire ADVANCE👍

Does not have one employee who answers the phone respectfully and now continually cant take orders for parts. This Store loses 1000,s of dollars a day by running a store that has no customer service or care for those trying to buy parts.

The Customer Service, I received from Jessica, was unbelievable. I can not tell you how this amazing, professional, kind young woman, went out of her way to help me with a problem with my car. She is amazing! I wish I could give this store 10 stars due to the Professionalism and Kindness of this Young Woman. Jessica you rock! Promote her ASAP. She knows her stuff!!!

I went in for some sort of adhesive because I guess someone hit my outside mirror and when I went to drive off it fell off. Anyway the young lady helped me and did not rush. She was helpful, funny and knew her products. I put it back on while there and so far it's still on. I appreciate the customer service.

Store is Not very well supplied. May have 1 of something you might need many of. Maybe it's Covid-19's fault, but this chain of stores were much better places to do business with back before online stores like Rock Auto and others were well known..

I came in for a master cylinder for my obsolete man truck thing and Jenn and two other humans assisted me. They've made the social distancing easier during this pandemic. They were very friendly and knowledgeable during my visit. I was completely satisfied with their research to find the right part. My favorite part was how family friendly they were during my visit. I would come here before anywhere else.
