Don’t waste your time here - I tried to return a starter bought from another store to receive a core charge refund. When the employee took a pause from their FaceTime call, they could not figure out how to perform the refund, even after calling their manager. The employee then told me I had already returned the core (not true) or that I was never charged for the core (also untrue). The employee became angry with me when I told her that neither of those statements she made were true. While there were no other people in the store, her FaceTime call still ongoing, AirPods in, she told me there was nothing she could do. I went up the road to the location on Sam Rittenburg Blvd, and Will helped to refund the amount in less than 5 minutes. It took some extra work for him to look up out of state purchases, but he was willing to do it. I recommend to anyone to avoid this location because of the unprofessional behaviors of the people they hire. ~Brandon
