Had to wait for them to open due to car problems on the way to work. They opened promptly and had the exact fit parts I needed. They did not have something another customer needed, but told him the competitor across the street may have the part in stock if he couldn’t make it all the way to the next location, further down the road. The ladies at the counter were helpful and friendly.

Very good salesman here! Found what I needed quickly and offered to install also. I didn't need the help to install, just new wiper blades, but the offer was appreciated nonetheless. I highly recommend them!

Unfortunately I picked the wrong auto parts store location to help my daughter who needed help with a tail light bulb replacement. I chose and highly recommended advanced auto because I usually receive excellent customer service from this company being she lives on the other sign of town away from home. From the moment she entered the store and purchased the bulb the cashier which i wish she had got his name gave her attitude and didn’t even offer assistance which I thought AA did for their customers? The cashier just gave her a weird look and didn’t even offer another employee to help if he didn’t know how to do it. Then the other employee who she seen outside asked him for assistance but was helping another customer and seemed customer friendly he offered to help her afterwards but later went back into the store and never came back out to help her. Unfortunately i will no longer use this parts store for auto parts needs hopefully customer service reps for this location receive better training and value their customers!

At this location there is a guy named Josh that seriously needs to go somewhere and take a lesson in how to treat customers. I know it's a Monday morning and you had to get up & come to work but YOU chose this job. If you don't like it please leave it because you clearly do not want to be here.

The worst auto store ever! No type of customer service. They will not help you at all. Everything you want to know you have to know. After doing the diagnostic test I was told use your phone to google the codes we don't know.

When a store cannot locate item purchased, or locate items that are under warranty. Then tell the customer that it is their resposobilty to have a recipt. You have a data base that tracks all transaction look it up, if a customer lost the recipt. Customer service people. I will never shop at this location again and I am not the only customer that has these troubles. Now a claim in with corperate to determin if they will help. If my business will go to another company.
