Went to the Cayce store had a rude manager Corey said I couldn’t exchange my oil for the correct one … I came to south congaree store and Scott was awesome helped me get the right thing and wasn’t any issues ! Thanks Scott for great customer service!

Just went into the store. 3 people working two women up front and a guy on the floor. They never spoke to me and I was the only customer in the store. The two women were gossiping and one was cursing. I walked out . Never said a word. This is the norm now.

This is by far the best Advanced Auto in the Columbia area. Employees always treat you great and they appreciate your business. Also today another advanced auto refused to put windshield wipers on my truck due to some light rain outside, I came here and the gentleman (manager I believe) gladly put them on and even apologized on the other stores behalf. I will always make it a point to shop at this location

The employee that came and did the code check on my Toyota Celica was very helpful. Find out the 02 sensor is bad and that's why I'm constantly putting gas in my car. Awesome customer service!!!
