I run my own business, so I always need my fuel receipts. When I fill up here, the receipt paper is always out at the pumps and I have to go inside and wait in line to have it printed by the cashier. This completely defeats the purpose of playing at the pump. I notified them of this issue on no less than 3 occasions. Today, I told them that I wasn't going buy gas there anymore and that I was going to go somewhere where they could be bothered to refill the receipt paper. A tall, skinny blond kid that was standing behind the cashier very dismissively told me that that was fine. If this is what passes for good customer service, God help us.
A couple weeks ago, I pulled up a few minutes before opening time in the morning and an older woman was inside. My friend and I decided to wait. We sat there until 5 minutes after opening (by the clock in their window) and left when it became clear that she had no intention of letting us in.
I would never treat a paying customer this way. Drive a little further and be the customer of a business that appreciates paying, repeat customers. They obviously have all the business that they want.
Thankfully, their terrible cutomer service ensured that I was not present when the roof over the fuel pumps collapsed. ~Ryan
