Juan at the Sam Rittenberg store by TJ Maxx was awesome!! We came to get a replacement SIM card for my boyfriend's phone today and he handled it quickly with absolute care and he has a awesome aurora and personality. Definitely go see him. And give him a raise! Lol. We will definitely request him when we go back 😊

Awful experience. Be careful from this store. Visited the store 03-22-2021 in afternoon. 1st she got my id when in prepaid no company wants id. Suspected scam from here Than she forced me to buy unlimited plan when I refused as my mom doesn't need that plan, the lady got rude with me, than she denied to give me the plan of $30 ( when cricket website willing to ship me the sim card and plan to my house) (may be the lady is not getting much in this plan). Than she charged me $25 for activation and $20 for sim card plus the plan price $40. Man altogether $75 and tried to make me fool. ( a regular customer). She is literally rude and never willing to sell the plan. Please be careful. Hopefully she will not misuse my id. Finally I got verizon card for $35 for 2 months. If you are big fan of cricket try buy from its website not from this store atleast. Definitely not recommend this store. But cricket yes its a good company. Just try to avoid this store and save your money. Worst Worst Worst experience ever from this store. Suggestion ,Please be respectful with customers, the reason happy customers make a good company.

Cricket service is good not great. Had service for 10 months. Disappointed in quality of the Nokia C-5 endi and the Nokia 3. One phone work for 8 months and one phone quit working after 23 days.

Melissa is A1 in customer service she had the most sincere warm smile eye contact welcome me the minute I step foot to the store I felt like I was home being greeted by my family she was that amazing even came from around the counter to greet me never had that happen before this woman is customer service amazing. This place is staffed by lazy people who will flat out lie to your face to avoid working or upsale things to you that you dont need. If you have elderly parents or grandparents dont let them go into this store. They will be taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor, buy your phones online, pay online. Pay your parents bills for them online. Do not give this store business. The management must encourage this behavior because between two locations and numerous employees the same nonsense has gone on for years.

I went in to activate a new line of service on an unlocked phone the sales rep wanted so bad to sell me a $10 Sim card adapter after I explained to him I did not need it because I have the same adapter is your's at my office he refused to activate my service because he said he had no way to test the phone before I left. I tried to explain to him that if it did not work without phone I would just have to go out and buy a phone that it would work with all I wanted was the service set up. Still for some reason this guy could not understand that so after being frustrated I left I went across the street to Best Buy and bought a cricket wireless bring your own device Sim card went back to my office activated my phone all the while circumventing the $25 activation fee that he wanted to charge me
