7 Best cell phone store in Charleston, South Carolina (SC) 2024

I’ve been coming to you guys for years if I can give this company a zero I would. I would never refer anyone to this company no wonder they cant never keep a full staff. Juan at the Sam Rittenberg store by TJ Maxx was awesome!! We came to get a replacement SIM card for my boyfriend's phone today and he handled it quickly with absolute care and he has a awesome aurora and personality. Definitely go see him. And give him a raise! Lol. We will definitely request him when we go back 😊 ~Quaneisha

I brought my cracked phone screen to them and they told me it would be $350 but if I used cash $275 first red flag! They fixed It in 15 minutes and not even 12 hours later I took the phone out of my pocket and the screen was pitch black , no drops or anything! It wasn’t even completely blacked out when I took it to them originally. I returned a few hours later to have them fix the problem and they said it was my fault and not their problem and that I had to pay another $200. They are very rude and disrespectful! His partner also stated that I “probably couldn’t afford it” . 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ~Myeshia

I've been a customer of Metro PCS for a few years off and on and I usually have good service at a low rate..they used to have a store in Mount Pleasant that was convenient and efficient. Since its closing i've been using the downtown Charleston store on Meeting street. Today they were supposed to be open until 6 o clock however when I showed up at 4 the door was locked. I didn't see anyone inside and I knocked for a few seconds with no response. Just disappointed they are letting customers wonder what's going on..can't go to their sister company T-Mobile either...they wont assist Metro customers. Not very professional. I expected more from this company. ~Sondra

Mr.Sammy had my Iphone since Thursday and said it will be ready Tuesday. I went there today, my Iphone won't be ready until Friday. I'm so upset and he didn't called the numbers that I left to be contact, NEVER again will he get my BUSINESS ~KhaNaja

Came into store and dealt with Nick. He was a great salesman. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Store was full and he was able to multitask and cater to everyone’s needs simultaneously. He helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data to new phone. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Jason was great too. ~Julian
