Came into store and dealt with Nick. He was a great salesman. Knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Store was full and he was able to multitask and cater to everyone’s needs simultaneously. He helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data to new phone. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Jason was great too.

Went into the store and dealt with Nick. He was great! Courteous, kind and helpful. Very knowledgable! He sold me s new phone and upgraded my husband’s phone. All data transferred, access lost passwords. Excellent team representative.. He deserves a big fat raise!!!

Came into today and Nick helped me sign up for wireless service. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Multitasked helping me and two other customers and helped me get my new phone set up and data transferred to my new device. Highly recommend dealing with Nick for any AT&T services. Just visited the ATT store in Charleston on Folly Rd. Nick waited on me. He was kind and knowledgeable. He had customers piling up and multi- tasked the whole time. He was patient and courteous to all customers! I wish all Places I went would be staffed with someone like Nick!! He is a asset to your company. He was by himself the last time I was here also. But he remains calm and keeps trying to assist all!

Nick Fry was very helpful and took the time (over an hour) to talk to an ATT technician on the phone to resolve the problem. While I waited, he muli-tasked and took care of 2 other customers at the same time. He did not take NO for an answer and repeatedly asked for a supervisor on the phone if he didn't get the help he needed.
