Showers redone so they're much better than they were before people at the counter help you with a smile restaurants are great with food however they need to speak with whomever cleans the showers because the showers were in all honesty disgusting makes you wonder how clean anything in there really is.

👎👎👎👎👎TA service charged me 270.00$ just for the change break lights. Even it was a 5 minute job. if you don’t understand anything, they can add anything to the service and charge you more and more. So find local service. there is much better job and cheaper

It was a failed experience with T. I bought a pillow from them and it was used and uncomfortable. When I came back to replace it or get it back, they didn't do anything for me. They really are scammers. I don't recommend them

I was there to buy a spicey sandwich The lady Milka. Grab a latter with her gloves on while she was preparing my sandwich. It was nasty, greasy and dirty. I cancel my ORDER and they haven't pay me back my money. $ 9.49 Host: Milka Auth: 716221 ID: 20220807090538

There have been numerous times I've come here, usually between midnight and 2am, coming in to shower and sleep. Each time I have used the shower, there was the same employee either standing outside my shower door, or the cleaning cart was left there. This last time, as I was getting dried and dressed, he knocked on the door and said something. I didn't take any longer than usual in the shower this time, there was no need for him to knock on my door and say something that was not very loud to begin with. When I opened the door, he was no longer there but the cart was. Kind of put me on edge a little bit. Luckily, my team member was waiting for me in the lounge. There is no manager on duty when we usually come thru, but mention has been made and I was told I would be contacted first thing in the morning. I certainly hope so.

I’m posting this on behalf of the gentleman that worked in the back at Popeyes. Today was one of the toughest days for myself and my husband so I went to get some food but they had closed already. This gentleman could see pain in my eyes and treated me with so much kindness I left in tears. I didnt get his name but plan on going back to thank him again. What a very kind person to take his time out and care as much as he did during his closing shift. I hope he sees this review and pray God blessed him abundantly.

Black woman at the front has really bad attitude to customers after you pay the was like you are go to go like come on really??? if you were in jail or something, bad customer service I hope she gets fired some day what a bad attitude, good thing lady at the Burger King so nice and lady at the Italian food was the best👏👏👏 Poor Verizon signal, shows full bars but no internet 📡🚫

Big TA,lots of parking.. didn't fill up all the way all night. 10/16/19..7 washers 6 dryers,10 showers,it is clean,3 food choices ,Fazolis, Burger King, Popeyes..no Country Pride..one of the nicer TA stops .

Love it here. Has options for places to eat, a game room, laundry, showers, theater room. And it's clean and maintained.
